We bought an orthopaedic mattress from Dreams in Bolton. Sales staff (Samuel) was polite and courteous and I felt that we got a good deal. Product amazingly comfortable. Delivery lads fantastic. Definitely would recommend them.

I have had several purchases from Dreams and I have always been impressed by their professionalism. This was an ottoman bed so we paid for assembly. They did a great job and took all the packaging away. I was super impressed

Great Friendly Service
Got a mattress from Dreams.The staff very helpful and friendly,left us to have a look around,we decided on the one we wanted,and was sorted out very quickly.Delivery was great,gave us a 2 hour window when it would be delivered,got a phone call to say they were on there way,great service would recommend Dreams.

Don't look anywhere else but Dreams Middlebrook 5 star service!
Just received my Tempur mattress and ordered in store through Dreams Middlebrook, I was served by Sam and Michelle who both were absolutely fantastic, the service was amazing and so kind and attentive to what we wanted thank you so much, also a special thanks to the delivery men Darren and Jordan, both were so polite and professional, smart uniform and very kind and considerate. They wore shoe covers when entering my property and took all rubbish away. They were really friendly and couldn't do enough for me thank you so so much will definitely be visiting again!! :D 5 star service! 🌟

Phone call to say what time they would arrive they were on time clean and well presented in Dream uniform put shoe covers on there shoe's walked the route to were the bed was going very polite and well mannered did the job explained how the bed works left the book with instructions for the bed and quietly took all the rubbish away left the room clean and tidy

The staff were very helpful, polite & professional whilst in the shop and during the delivery. The product is exactly as described and promised. Also the aftercare is excellent and you appear to want to ensure the customer is happy.

Did what they said they would
The staff listened to what we wanted and made suggestions for our requirements. Everything was clearly explained including delivery times.
On the date for delivery, we received a call to confirm the eta and all arrived on time and bed set up within minutes. The delivery staff wore over shoes when entering.
Good job from start to finish.
