After going back to Dreams a number of times we did eventually decide on a mattress and bed base with the help of the shop assistant answering all our questions, had to wait almost months for delivery but everything went great , have been sleeping on our new bed for just over two weeks now and it is very comfortable we find we are not sleeping any better than we were on a twenty year old mattress so definitely disappointed on that score , would recommend Dreams Waterlooville for there help but still no better sleep after paying so much for a one .

Popped in to the Waterlooville branch for a quick browse and ended up buying the perfect bed frame for my spare room. Ash is very knowledgeable about the extensive range available. He listened to my requirements and sourced the one I purchased very easily. Thank you for your help Ash!

My new bed and mattress were delivered by 2 guys who worked quickly, cleanly and happily. I couldn't be more delighted with my purchase. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever had - I went for a Tempur mattress - and although it was pricey what price is a good sleep! Dreams handled everything very professionally but also in a friendly way.

We were attended to very quickly and given a high level of professionalism throughout the process.

Just love the new bed the space underneath is great

From the time of purchase to installation, all went smoothly. The Waterlooville staff explained a number of options in depth and no sales pressure was felt.
The date of installation was met and the 2 men installing the bed were polite and respected our house by wearing shoe covers and subsequently explained in detain operations instructions.

Went in looking for a replacement mattress and was served by Robin, great guy, really helpful, very knowledgeable. Great deal, even splashed out on some new pillows. Would highly recommend. No hard sell, very pleasant experience.

The whole process was very easy and our new bed arrived without hitch.
The bed creeks when I turn over. I only weigh 10 stone so I wasn't expecting this. It wakes me up and is really bothering me.
