Tempur mattress absolutely heaven!! I purchased Tempur pillows which are a perfect match.
I had the experience of testing the correct mattress to my requirement on DREAMS testing Tempur machine which was ideal. It monitored the weight and pressure points my body conveyed.

The bed was delivered on time, I was given regular updates & the team were both professional & polite.
Highly recommended

The bed and mattress was delivered on the day set. I received a message the day before with a 2 hour window. On the day I received another call telling when again how long they would be. The men delivering the items were very friendly.

She explained the benefits of each one, from memory foam to hybrid models, and encouraged me to test them out properly. Great service from the sales advisor in store, lots of advice without being pushy. Used the Sleep machine to help find the right mattress and had a very nice cuppa too!

First, buying it from Ash at the Waterlooville branch was amazing customer service. He was attentive without being pushy and really seemed to care about us finding the right products for our needs. The mattress calibration thing (forget the name of it) was great, haha. Also offered a tea or coffee, which was a nice touch, and suggested associated products that actually were useful, and again, didn't push, but explained their benefits. So yes, that was a great experience. Then the communication building towards delivery was excellent and ensured we knew when it would arrive and did indeed arrive exactly when said. We even got a phone call from the driver the morning of, confirming he was on route and expected delivery time. They were also extremely efficient when delivering and bringing it in. Basically, I cannot fault the service from the shop floor to delivery, and of course, the quality of the product. Highly recommend Dreams.
