I have just got off the phone with the company after requesting a brochure on line. All I wanted was a price if I had read the reviews I could have saved all the bother.

Price avoidance when making enquiries is very dodgy, used car sales, double glazing industry type methods and very very outdated. The customer is wiser in many respects and in modern Britain where pennies are tight, pensions low and easy2bathe gadgets a luxury the majority of consumers want to see a price before they spend time and effort on a product to ascertain if they can afford it. Easy2Bathe dont do this, they PUSH for a free DEMO, where they will assess the house and people and ascertain what they think they can GET OUT OF THEM, exactly as Double Glazing salesmen did in the 80's & 90's. NOBODY likes this approach and we are wiser to it, people want to pay the same price no matter where they are in the UK or who they are, just as you do when going into your Supermarket, DIY Store, or other large networked retailers.
Easy2Bathe give me 2 ALARMS FOR CONCERN.

1: They hide the price and refuse to acknowledge it, which allows them the alleged opportunity to face2face hard sell to the elderly and infirm, which we would all agree is morally reprehensible.
2: The price can allegedly differ very much on what the salesperson attending thinks they can GET AWAY WITH! Again, not acceptable in todays modern consumer standards.
Any company that refuses to state an approx price for the unit which is the same regardless of bath fitting should be treated with concern and suspicion and ask yourself, Why are they hiding the cost? Then ask yourself, would any reputable long serving, customer award winning company do the same? NO, is the answer. I accept fitting costs can change, but there is absolutely no reason whatsoever that a 'standard unit' and a 'standard fitting' cost cannot be provided.

We have been looking for a solution to this problem for a while, but once we found this option we quickly realized it seemed to tick all the boxes for us. Following an initial enquiry, a visit from a knowledgeable and helpful sales person confirmed our hopes and installation was completed within 2 or 3 weeks, which is good given travel to the Isle of wight required.
Installers Matt and Ionut arrived promptly working quickly and efficiently with little fuss or noise and no mess within an hour. Fully demonstrated and best use tips explained.

Wonderful machine allowing anyone with mobility issues to have a proper bath. Having had a bath chair for many years I got a 2nd hand one online. Now I can have a good long soak to ease away my aching joints. I would however point out 2 MAJOR design faults. They claim that a new battery will do up to 20 baths - but that you should charge the battery weekly. Who has 3 baths a day ???!!!! If it needs charging weekly dont claim it does 20 baths otherwise you are tempted to leave it for 3 weeks. Also the remote control for lowering you into the bath is NOT WATERPROOF! It states this in the manual, which I failed to read ! Now I have had to disconnect the remote and use the buttons on the machine. WHY on earth would you design a remote control for a bath that IS NOT waterproof. Utter madness.

Big shout out to Craig and Lee who came to fit my Bath Lift yesterday. Very professional and they did an excellent job leaving my bathroom clean and tidy. All was completed within the hour and then Craig gave me a comprehensive explanation of how to use the unit.

My bathlift was fitted today by Lee and Craig who did a great job and were friendly and helpful. In fact I've had a really good service so far from the staff who answer the phone and the very courteous man who came out to demonstrate the lift and to ensure it was suitable for me.

I am very pleased with the whole procedure. From enquiring to having the bath lift fitted everything was quick.

After fitting the bath lift, the fitter explained very clearly what I needed to know about using it and I have now enjoyed using it.

The sales man Onkar Farmah was absolutely amazing, he was kind, understanding and not pushy. When my husband tried the demo lift he had a big smile on his face as he loves his baths, l am just so happy that we are having this bath lift fitted, great sales man and also customer service lady (Sue) was very helpful

I have an easy bathe unit which was squeaking, I thought it would just need oiling but it was replaced (under guarantee) with no fuss. Excellent service.

The men who came to fit the bath lift were excellent.
The job was finished in 45 minutes and they explained everything very clearly.

I am very pleased with my bath lift so happy to be able to have a normal soak in the bath which really helps my achy joints. Matt and Paul were very professional and bath lift was fitted in less than an hour.

The salesman explained the equipment very clearly. Brian and Stuart who fitted this item were very polite and worked in a very professional manner. They arrived on time, worked quickly and left the room very clean. They also explained the operation of the equipment very clearly

Men arrived on time. Very experienced with assembly of Unit. very clean and tidy workers and also explaining how to use the Bath lift. Have now used a few times and are very pleased with result. would recommend anybody to buy one that has difficulty getting in and out of the Bath.

I telephoned today to ask for a ball park price but was refused. Its no good them sending a rep to my home if i cannot afford the lift.
It seems they just want to push you to purchase whether you can afford it or not.
Waste of time.

Both the salesman Peter, who visited on 17th March and the fitters Matt and James P who installed the equipment today were polite, thorough in their instructions and did an excellent job.
