From your demonstration on Tuesday 9th January and delivery and installation on Monday 15th January I cannot praise the service I received too highly.
Due to back problems I have not been able to have a bath for over 4 years. Now with my carers help I have a bath everyday!! Absolutely wonderful! One of the best items I have ever bought, and would recommend the purchase to anyone who has bathing/shower problems. Thank you all.

The presentation was given by Tom Schofield on January 9th 2024. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the product and here at the time he said he would be. We made our purchase from him. The company contacted us and arranged for engineers to fit the bath lift on 16th Jan. they arrived on time but having looked to the bath said they could not fit it because there was a handle on the bath. We arranged to have the handle removed but that was not done until 23rd Jan. We contacted
the firm who said someone would come on 30th Jan.
Craig and Andy arrived on time and the job was done in less than 1 hour. When we told them about having to have the handle taken off they were surprised as they could have done the job with the handle in place so that was extra expense. They were both very pleasant. Craig demonstrated the lift and explained very thoroughly how it worked and how to use it.10/10

We were impressed by the speed and efficiency, plus the kind and sympathetic attitudes of the three gentlemen who attended to us:
1) Mike Dunleavy, who made the presentation on Saturday 20 January, was punctual, professional and patient in handling our questions
2) James and Mark, your installers, were amazing. Again, totally professional and helpful with our questions. We couldn't believe how quickly the installation was arranged and completed - within six days!

stuart and paul who installed the bathlift at our house were both professional and well mannered easy to talk to explained to us how to operate the seat and unit easy2bathe will be my first choice for anything in the future.

James was quietly efficient, completed the installation in good time, gave clear explanations of operation of the bath lift. Could not have been better !

Great experience from start to finish, loved the demo at home, there was no pushy sales talk, heard just what I wanted to hear, day of fitting went very smoothly, no mess and very efficient, so pleased with the product will make life so much easier for.my sister and myself, great big thank you.

The whole process from order to installation could not be simpler. I already had a standard lifting chair but given its lowered height and angle of the back, which with my height made it almost impossible to enjoy a deep relaxing bath.
The fitting date was very quick following the home visit and purchase deposit.
Fitting was on time following the appointment preceded by an exact time of arrival by the fitters (Brian & Stuart) whose manner, politeness, efficiency and ability were outstanding. Minor difficulties were easily dealt with and they were a pleasure to have in our home, the dog liked them as well, everything cleaned up and instruction for use clear and concise including tips that come with experience which were most useful. Have now used the lift and so far so good

The operatives turned up on time and swiftly installed the device without any inconvenience to us. The were also helpful and friendly.

The team called to let us know that they would arrive within and hour and they were exactly on time. Darren and Simon were very efficient and friendly with the fitting taking less than an hour.
They explained the use of the machine with practical advice on charging and tips on refitting the battery for ease of extraction on the next charge. They gave us the option of fitting the seat or not with sensible advice on the constricted space next to the toilet. We chose not to fit the seat. An excellent fitting team, whom we would recommend. A pleasant and efficient service with care taken in our property and the bath cleaned.

Haven’t tried it yet as waiting for charge. We were told 20 baths from one charge during the demonstration but apparently needs recharging every week?
Installer Darren was very efficient and explained clearly how to use it. Order no SRQ 03385
Demonstrator Paul also efficient.

The 2 lads who came to install the easy bathe were very good, on time, easy understood insructions given by them, polite and efficient.

Would highly recommend them.

Received good service advise installing was good with helpfull advise was surprised I had to pay VAT ON EXTRA BATTERY ? As it for disabled equipment needs . Also had expected a protective cover to be included but cost extra £17.99 +vat .. had to be paid but I think this bath lift will make lt much more easy to have a bath

The Installers phoned and confirmed their arrival time, and were here when they stated. Matt and his colleague Simon L were both friendly and courteous and fitted the unit with no problems. They then demonstrated the machine and gave full and clear information. I hope that I will not have another lift fitted but if I do easy2bath will be the company I would contact. Many thanks.

Battery not powerful enough have been told by my installer to recharge battery after every use.So much for claim of 20lifts between charges. Bad product description and after sales very poor

Installers Matt and Simon were quick and efficient and fully explained the operation of the equipment,a credit to the company.

I have tried 3 times to get an approximate price for this bath so that I know if I can afford it but each time was told I had to have a home visit before I could get a price. This is a waste of time if it is more than I can afford.
