The agent,Greg Jones was great. He showed me everything about easy2bathe and was very patient answering questions.

On time, very thorough.
One of the gentleman rang me to let me know what time they’d arrive & they arrived on time. I explained to them that my mum has dementia & they were both mindful of this. Completed the job quickly & took all the rubbish away. Explained how it worked very clearly. Both very nice & kind to mum when they left. I would 100 per cent recommend.

CAUTION. Do not try in water.
I am disabled following surgery for a brain tumour, with limited feeling and strength down my left side.
I had a demonstration of the easy2bathe bath lift, dry in the lounge, bought the product, and discovered that with water in the bath, I could not use the unit.
I could not stay on the strap, and when I slid off, could not get back on.
I am now being “fined” £1000 for using the product in water.
How else was I supposed to try the bath lift.?
I could understand being charged to replace the strap, but £1000 is totally ridiculous

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear of the issues experienced. You spoke in depth to our customer service team and the amount you have quoted within your review is not the amount that has been retained.
As you can imagine, once the bathlifts have been used in water we are unable to sell these as reconditioned units due to hygiene reasons. You confirmed on the phone that the unit was used multiple times and for that reason a retention would be applicable. We hope that you can understand no one would like to receive a unit that has been used by another person.

Aqualift bath lift fitting.
One of your representatives came to our home and demonstrated the Aqualift. He was very informative and helpful and we were able to try the lift out for ourselves. Your fitters came a mere three days later and the whole thing was fitted in less than an hour. Everything was explained to us fully and the two men were friendly and helpful and efficient. We are extremely pleased with our new bath lift and would recommend you to others.

James and Martin arrived on time, at 8am, even though they had driven for 3 hours for my appointment. I was impressed with their explanation of how to operate the equipment, and their easy going, respectful attitude to my 95 year old mother and myself

Very prompt service from the product…
Very prompt service from the product specialist and the fitters. Thorough explanation of the system once the bath had been checked that it would take the product. No pushy sales talk. Fitters telephoned before arrival and came on day as arranged. Work completed easily and demonstration given before fitters' departure. Very polite specialist and fitters.

Efficient and helpful
The system was fitted quickly and efficiently. It was the explained in a coherent and visual way which made things easier. The person who fitted the system was professional and friendly. He talked with me in a manner which was helpful and respectful without being condescending. Good too that they came in a plain van as I was embarrassed about having a system fitted.

Friendly tram
The product was well demonstrated by Graham and so order placed with 50% deposit. It was fitted by the friendly team of James and Mark who arrived on time and explained everything. However arranging the date for fitting seems to be at the Company's convenience rather than the customers. Hence four stars rather than five.

Up until recently east2bathe saved my…
Up until recently east2bathe saved my life the a few weeks ago the battery started to flash every time I used it so I assumed I needed a new battery I rang to purchase one but was told they hadn’t got any, I could have some cells which I would have to put in myself (79years) for £82 or for a call-out fee of £124 I’m confused and very disappointed
