British and serviceable.
The product is British and parts can be obtained, unlike a previous foreign-made dehumidifier.
I have used this in a cupboard to keep a guitar at 50% humidity 24/7 - 365. My only issue is that it sometimes drops to 43% before turning itself off.

Ordered a new dehumidifier online
Ordered a new dehumidifier online. Very straightforward and there was a sale on, so, bargains.
Enquired about a part for another dehumidifier that had stopped working. Traced the fault, ordered the part over the phone. The ebac representative was very friendly and helpful. The part duly arrived, was fitted. Bingo! One resurrected dehumidifier.

Spin function is useless
The spin function on the washing machine is awful. Over 70% of the time the washing is sopping wet at the end of the program and has to be redone. Sometimes it takes 3 different goes to get washing that can be hung up to dry. Don’t waste your money by buying one of these machines.

Our machines are designed with features such as the Perfect Wash Protect system, which carefully balances the load to protect fabrics while maintaining effective spin results. However, if the load is uneven or the machine is unable to fully stabilise, it can reduce spin efficiency which may explain what you’re experiencing.

We went to the ebac factory to buy our dehumidifier, the staff answered my questions, they were friendly and helpful, could not fault any part of this purchase. This will be the 4th dehumidifier I’ve been and purchased for my family. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I purchased a 3000 series dehumidifier a couple of weeks ago & I am very impressed by it. Very quiet, highly efficient in Smart mode & very easy to empty. I know from previous experience that EBAC Customer Support is exceptional so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one.

Good history with ebac
Prompt delivery. Good price. Still a nice neat machine. This is my third ebac dehumidifier and I hope it will last as well as the previous ones. Only difference is that it is pushing out cool air rather than warm as the others did. It is collecting a lot of water so it may be the smart setting which is new to me. If anyone knows about this please can you let me know.

Delivery charges aren't Wight
I went through the process of ordering a pack of three 4000 series filters, that weigh nothing, for £21 then was very disappointed to find the delivery charge was over £20 to the Isle of Wight, ridiculous, so instead I had them delivered to family in Cornwall for £4.99.
I contacted Customer Service about this via the website and had an automated response advising I'd receive an answer within two working days. It's been ten days, no answer.

After buying cheaper Chinese dehumidifiers in the past only to have them break after a couple of years, I thought I'd try Ebac. I find them reliable, easy to use, with great functions, and they're made in the UK. I now have 2 Ebac dehumidifiers, 1 for drying clothes in a utility room, and 1 to keep the house free from damp. Delivery was quick and easy, I can't fault them

Ordering on line was easy and delivery…
Ordering on line was easy and delivery was very fast. There were an awful lot to choose from but the area sizing/rooms for different humidifiers was helpful.
The only thing I would suggest is that the % humidity was printed on the machine itself or at least explained in the instructions. I emailed this question and got a reply virtually by return which was excellent.
Very happy with it as I have it on a timer. The fan on high can be quite noisy.

Ebac Smart dehumidifier is amazing.
My husband bought an Ebac dehumidifier for our tanked out basement area because it had a bathroom and we never had any problems. My husband died in 2003 and our family separated and moved not to far away from each other. I live in an apartment with a lot of condensation around the windows due to Blackout curtains and blinds and I also dry washing and I thought a dehumidifier would help. What my husband choose was always best, so I choose a Ebac smart dehumidifier, which I think is amazing.

Poor customer service, no point of giving long warranty
I bought a Ebac 2650e dehumidifier from their website on 5th February 2026. It stopped to collect water after 15 days.
I wrote to an email their customer service and I did not get any reply from them. Luckily, the humudifier sterted to collect water after couple of days later.
I was thinking to buy their washing machine as well. They give 7 years warranty. There is no point any number years of warranty as long as they have very poor customer service.
There are very bad reviews for ebac.com uk on Trustpilot. Its rating 2.5 star. It is the same company and why two different website reviews?
