Can't comment on the operation of machine yet as only had it a week.
Ordering and delivery process were excellent though and I was kept informed at every turn.
Had email with my warranty the day of delivery and goods arrived in the time window I was advised.

Neat, portable, efficient & easy to empty
The machine arrived promptly. It is neat, portable, efficient & easy to empty.
Full instructions had to be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
Even after a fortnight I am finding it a bit noisy & have to turn it off when I am playing a musical instrument in the same room, despite putting a thickly-folded towel underneath it.

Happy with everything
Happy with everything - dehumidifier is good quality - was pleased with the discounted price. We've used it once to try it out & seems to be working well. We basically bought it for the winter months when our flat gets particularly damp. Hopefully it will do the job)

Very happy all round
Good, quick delivery and great product. Bought for cellar that was just cold and slightly damp. It has changed the atmosphere in the cellar and because of the smart technology it is now not running all the time. It turns off when the tank is full so no worries about remembering to check it. Very happy and will be purchasing another for our upstairs for drying washing and avoiding condensation.

Very easy to buy direct
Very easy to buy direct, arrived within 2 days, and has been very effective in our damp village hall.
Slightly more expensive than some we'd seen, but being able to control remotely and monitor conditions has made that more than worth it.

Really efficient company to deal with , great product and British Made !
I ordered the Ebac Powerdri 18 after a bit of research as I wanted a dehumidifier with the option to run with a tube rather than just a water tank to save having to keep going back to the property to empty the tank. It was easy to order and the delivery arrived two days later , So far so good the room it’s in is drying out well and runs quietly!

Great product, fitting not so great
Great product. Nice big washing machine drum, 9kg size. Washes well. Paid for fitting and old machine removal. Great help from technical after sales when spin was noisy. The delivery guys had forgotten to level feet and hadn't locked them off. So fitting could have been better and hopefully EBAC will make sure they know to do that now. The helpline identified this as the problem very quickly. Once sorted the spin is really quiet. However we had to sort it so not sure the fitting was worth it as we had to drag it back out to sort it. Loss of one star because of fitting not because of the product.

Repair to washing machine
We were so impressed how quick we had a response to our telephone call regarding our problem with our washing machine. Malcolm the engineer turn up the very next morning and sorted our problem quickly . We would not hesitate to recommend the service and the engineer again if needed . Many thanks .

Excellent product
Excellent product. Already had a cheap one which was just about useless. Really pleased with this, it dries the washing quickly and has kept the whole house dry throughout the winter.

One of the best products I have bought…
One of the best products I have bought for my home [Dehumidifier] - so good I've bought another one for my garage!!
Ebac has been really easy to shop with, they ship in really good packaging and speedily. The last shipment had an item missing, their Customer Services was right on it and dispatched immediately. The products themselves are of a high quality and had a positive impact on my home as soon as they were switched on.
