Happy to support a local company
Ordered a dehumidifier from Ebac & a few accessories including castors which really are an advantage when moving the unit around the house. Mainly bought for the main bedroom to keep wardrobes free from moisture which is working well. Very happy with the unit this is my second Ebac dehumidifier my initial unit is now residing at my daughter’s house.

This one doesn’t work
Bought to replace exactly the same product that had worked well for years but unfortunately this item isn’t working. Next week going to initiate a return under warranty.

Ebac is worth every penny!
I've had 3 Ebac Dehumidifers now and they're all brilliant. They do the job! You have to keep the filters cleaned and replaced quarterly, but it's worth it as good as the dehumidifiers work. I'd recommend Ebac in a heart beat!

The Ebac arrived on time and was easy…
The Ebac arrived on time and was easy to put the casters on. I have had trouble downloading the app to get instructions on how to use so I am unsure of its abilities at the present time.
I also bought the cover for drying clothes which I am unsure whether it worked or not.

This was a replacement for an Ebac that…
This was a replacement for an Ebac that was literally 12 years old and had been used consistently (damp attic) for that whole time, eventually giving up.
The new one is so far, just as good and sucking up just as much water.
British made, high quality and does the job perfectly.
I’ll only buy Ebac.

Great dehumidifier
Great service from a truly British company. Delivery was through DPD and I was given a time slot with a named driver. The dehumidifier is a great, sturdy little machine - I am currently using it upstairs, it dries laundry in about 4 hours and my windows are all nice and dry throughout the night - no hint of any condensation. Very straightforward controls, the smart function is very easy and when using it overnight, it is fairly quiet. The water container is very accessible, I am surprised just how much water it collects after just a few hours of use. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent performance in a shed in cold temperatures
I noticed mould growth on items stored in my garden shed. A Kalawen weather station sensor showed a humidity of 90%. I chose Ebac because it is British and I liked the water jug and front access on a previous Ebac Dehumidifier that I had owned for over 20 years. The jug is also useful for decanting into used milk jugs for subsequent steam iron use or for pouring over my compost heap. Due to the use in a shed at cold temperatures and feedback via an app, I chose in a 15ltr model. Delivery from Ebac was swift and the dehumidifier succeeded in bringing the humidity down to my set target of 60% (run permanently at high speed), while a separate external weather sensor still showed 90%. (note: for operation, I covered the shed air vent to keep the shed as air-tight as possible)
