Cancelled policy but still charged

The policy was cancelled but they auto-renewed it and still want nearly £100 and won't stop hounding us for the money. I have spoken to them and they agreed to reduce the bill, but now it's back up to £98. I have given in and tried to pay but it won't accept my card. Don't use them, they may be cheap but they will rip you off if they get the chance!

Absolutely WORST company ever tried to…

Absolutely WORST company ever tried to communicate with - had a situation where they sent multiple letters with NO POLICY NO DETAIL - NO POLICYHOLDER DETAIL AND NO CAR REG NO FOR POLICY
SHOCKING SERVICE WITH ROBOTS & simply failed to marry up all the communication I had with them - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
