I have purchased an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the above products as per the attached bill.
The following service requests have already been registered:
- Service Request No. CM-080726-74872764
- Service Request No. CM-050726-74716803
Despite registering multiple complaints and calling your customer care more than 15 times, the issue remains unresolved. On every occasion, we are assured that an engineer will visit, but no one arrives. We only receive apologies without any actual service.
Both my wife and I are working professionals and live far from home. Based on your repeated confirmations, we have taken leave from work and stayed at home on more than 4–5 occasions waiting for your engineer. This has resulted in unnecessary loss of leave, inconvenience, and mental stress.
I have paid for the AMC service. This is a paid contractual service, not a favour or charity. I expect your company to honour its commitment and provide the service as promised.
I request you to immediately arrange the engineer's visit and ensure the issue is resolved without any further delay. Please also instruct your service team to act responsibly and avoid causing such inconvenience to customers.
If the matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to escalate the issue to the appropriate consumer grievance authority/Consumer Commission and other competent authorities for deficiency in service.
I look forward to your prompt action.

I had booked for service on 4th July and a Technician was to attend on 6th July between 11am - 1pm but didn’t show after a technician called and had to reschedule the time for 6th July between 3-5pm again no show.
On Tuesday 7th July wrote to customer care got an immediate response stating my complaint has been escalated for high priority but till date no one has neither attended nor received any communication. This is how they treat their client when you need service. I would never buy their products nor recommend to anyone given their service.

This company deserve a ZERO star . These people are pathetic they are scammers. They make you buy AMC plans by their so called bloody technicians and once the customer busy a AMC plan these people do not even care to do the visit.

Please don't buy any product from Eureka Forbes. My experience has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a robot vacuum for ₹78,000 in January. From the beginning, I faced multiple issues with the product. Despite repeatedly raising complaints and requesting a refund, I have not received a satisfactory response. My emails have gone unanswered, and no one has taken proper responsibility for resolving the issue.
The level of customer service has been unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled. Even after spending ₹78,000 of my hard-earned money, I have been left feeling ignored and let down.
I hold the management, including CEO Pratik Pota and the concerned service team, responsible for this poor customer experience. I hope no other customer has to go through what I have experienced.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Eureka Forbes to anyone.

RO leakage and High TDS
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the after-sales service provided for my newly installed Aquaguard RO water purifier.
Despite raising complaints and following up multiple times, I have not received any proper update or permanent resolution.
The issues are as follows:
The RO unit has been leaking continuously since installation.
Due to the leakage, water is accumulating on the plywood inside my modular kitchen, which may permanently damage the cabinet.
My borewell water has an input TDS of approximately 1300 ppm, but the purifier is still giving an output TDS of around 185 ppm, which has not been resolved despite repeated complaints.
It has been several days since installation, yet neither the leakage issue nor the TDS concern has been fixed.
I have repeatedly contacted the Authorised service dealer and call centre teamt, but I am only receiving assurances without any concrete action or status update.
This level of service is completely unacceptable for a newly installed product. I request you to treat this matter as urgent and arrange for a senior service engineer to visit my residence immediately and permanently resolve both issues.

Deeply disappointed with @Delhivery. The delivery experience was unacceptable. The assigned executive, Althaf Hussain, displayed highly unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour, turning what should have been a simple delivery into an unpleasant experience. Customer-facing staff represent your brand, and such conduct is unacceptable—especially toward elderly customers. Please investigate this incident, hold those responsible accountable, and ensure your delivery teams are trained in professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer etiquette. This experience has severely undermined my confidence in your service.
I want to give a zero star
I want to give a zero star. I had my water purifier under AMC which expires in July 2026. In starting of June I had an issue with purifier and raised a service request. But no one visited even after I raised complaint 5 times . Then I called their support thrice all three times they raised a support ticket and no one visited. i then informed them that I will fail a case under consumer court and they support agent just politely said godhead with it and he can't help. But at the beginning of July the regular service person came to renew the AMC.

Bad experience with service , they make sure to makes us waith untill the warenty time by postponding the service and then call after that for the same whereas they have given the feature saying the device will notify you if it needs service but nothing this has happened 2 times now at my own appartment and at my parents house they kept waiting for these ppl to send a service man for a week or more until the warenty was over , the no. they provide it is useless no one will pick up call .I will never recommend this company product nor buy again

MY AQUAGUARD COMPACT MACHINE has A GOLD AMC , WHICH IS ACTIVE.
I AM ESCALATING A MATTER HERE AS FOLLOWS:
1. NO TECHNICIAN HAS VISITED FOR REGULAR SERVICING FROM 2024. IN THE YEAR 2025 NOBODY CAME, NO FOLLOW UP FOR SERVICING.
HERE, IN JUNE I AM TRYING TO BOOK A SERVICE FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS. PLS CHECK THE RECORD.
ON 24TH JUNE, 25TH, 26TH AND SO ON FOR 6 TIMES ON 1ST JULY.
EVERYTIME I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE TECHNICIAN WILL CALL YOU, VISIT YOU, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS.
I AM HIGHLY UPSET AS I HAVE SENIOR CITIZENS AT HOME AND FOR THIS POOR SERVICE FROM EUREKA FORBES.
HENCE IF MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED IN 24 HRS, I SHALL SUE EUREKA FORBES IN COURT.
