worst service. I have purchased a water softener 4 months ago and after 3 months it stopped working. When I purchased it the company said it has 1 year warranty but in app it showing out of warranty I have called many times to the dealer and as well as in company for the warranty and service they used to say our technician will come tomorrow but as we know that's tomorrow never comes that why their technician also has not came till today. Due to this issue our water motor also burnt.
I will suggest don't by any product from Aqua guard/ Eureca forbes their post sales services are worst I also regret why I spend too much money for Aqua guard.

We purchased a water filter as the earlier one went out of order. They promptly delivered the unit two days ago ie 19th June but till now they did not send their technician for installation despite many followups with their customer service. I have never seen such a lousy customer service. Till.now no one turned up and the new unit lies in our house as a dead person. I would recommend not to buy Eureka Forbes products even by mistake.

Extremely poor service and complete lack of accountability from Eureka Forbes.
Last year, I replaced the water filter in my purifier at a cost of around ₹7,000. Shockingly, the new filter worked for only one week before the purifier stopped pumping water. Since then, I have raised multiple service requests, but not a single technician has visited to diagnose or fix the issue.
What is even more disappointing is that last week I received a call from Eureka Forbes asking me to renew my AMC. I clearly informed them that my long-pending complaint had still not been resolved. Their representative assured me that the issue would be fixed and the filter would be replaced under a discounted AMC plan. Trusting their commitment, I renewed the AMC.
It has now been over a week since the AMC renewal, and still nobody has visited. Every time I call customer care, I hear the same scripted response: "Your complaint has been escalated." Escalated to whom? For the last five days, I have been chasing Eureka Forbes by making repeated calls, yet there has been no callback, no technician visit, and no resolution.
This experience makes me feel that the company is more interested in selling AMC plans than actually providing service to existing customers. Customers are left to struggle while complaints remain unattended for months. The promises made by customer care appear to be nothing more than a tactic to convince customers to renew their AMC.
I deeply regret trusting the assurances given by Eureka Forbes and renewing the AMC. I should have learned from my experience last year. If you are considering purchasing a Eureka Forbes product or renewing an AMC, think twice. A product is only as good as the service that backs it, and my experience with Eureka Forbes service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
I am still waiting for someone from Eureka Forbes to take responsibility and resolve this issue.

I regret purchasing an AMC from Aquaguard/Eureka Forbes.
The AMC was sold with assurances of prompt service and hassle-free support. However, after raising a service request on 16 June, nobody attended the complaint and there was no progress update in the system. When I contacted customer care multiple days later, I was told that the service request had not been properly updated due to a technical issue and that I would need to follow up through customer care.
The purifier currently has a water leakage issue, yet the earliest service slot offered is 25 June. For a product that provides drinking water, expecting customers to wait over a week is unacceptable.
The entire purpose of purchasing an AMC is peace of mind and priority support. Instead, I am chasing customer care for updates while dealing with a faulty water purifier. Based on this experience, the AMC feels like a waste of money.
I hope Eureka Forbes improves its service response times, complaint tracking system, and customer communication.

Aquaguard - think twice
I think this company is more concerned about selling of their product. Once sold I won't say the service is good. They also do aggressive promotion of the AMC.
My filter is Aquaguard Royale UV UF SS. I had taken AMC also. Many a time they will call for service, but when told we have AMC they will say they are not the people who do service under AMC, you call another number. Then why don't the AMC people call for service?
This time the filter really had a problem and after calling they came. They did something and said everything is alright. Next day the filter was the same as before, not working. Again we called. Now this is the third day no one had turned up.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my robot vacuum cleaner and dock station.
My robot vacuum cleaner was collected by your team for repair/service, and I had to wait for more than a month without receiving any meaningful update, status report, or communication from Eureka Forbes. During this entire period, I repeatedly followed up, but no one provided a clear answer regarding the whereabouts of my product or the expected resolution timeline.
After waiting for over a month, the robot vacuum cleaner was finally returned to me. To my surprise and frustration, the machine is still not working properly. This raises a serious question: What kind of service or repair was actually performed on my device?
As a customer, I trusted Eureka Forbes and expected professional after-sales support. Instead, I have experienced:
• More than one month of delay.
• No proactive communication from your team.
• No proper status updates.
• Multiple follow-ups from my side with little to no response.
• A product returned in a non-working condition.
This level of service is completely unacceptable and falls far below the standards expected from a company of Eureka Forbes' reputation.

Before purchasing, I was clearly told that all required repairs and parts would be covered under the AMC and that I would not have to pay any additional charges.
However, when the technician visited, I was informed that certain parts were not covered and that I would need to pay extra. This was completely different from what was promised during the sales call.
I purchased the AMC based on the information provided by the company representative. If the coverage had been explained correctly, I would have made a different decision. My request for a refund has still not been resolved satisfactorily.
