This is the horrible company

This is the horrible company. He is make fool to every customer. Matlab customer ko kuch samjhna nahi hai bewkuf bhare sab ke sab iss Aquaguard me. Company ne purifier banane par dhyan nahi Diya. sirf ek call centre company kholi hai service ke nam par sirf gali khane ka kam kar rhi hai. 20 din ho gaye Aquaguard ko kharab hue aur machine liye sirf one month hua usme bhi sirf 10 din chali 20 se kharab padi hai. Aur inke technician ek no ke anpadh hai. Pls it's very humble request to the public don't buy Aquaguard companies purifier. He never work.

Worst... Worst... in the world. I never ever buy a Eureka Forbes product again in my life. Customer service is a most worst one.

Abysmal service response and zero…

Abysmal service response and zero professionalism.I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by this technician. Not only did it take forever to get an initial response, but the communication throughout the process was completely non-existent. A professional business should value their customers' time, but this technician clearly does not. I will definitely not be using their services again and highly recommend looking for alternative options.

Absolutely third-class after-sales…

Absolutely third-class after-sales service. Despite having a Platinum AMC, we have been trying to contact the technician for the last 5 days as our Aquaguard is not working, but there has been no proper response or resolution.
When the technician finally visited briefly, he simply announced that the filter life is over and that we would have to pay extra for replacement. This is shocking considering we are already under a paid Platinum AMC.
What is the point of taking an AMC if customers still have to struggle for service and face additional charges without proper support? Extremely disappointed with the service quality and response time. Frankly, I would not even give a single-star rating for this experience. Kindly resolve this issue urgently.

Coercion to close the complaint

We purchased a cleaning machine on 30th August, and within just 4 months, the product became non-functional. The machine was subsequently handed over for repair, but instead of receiving support, we have been subjected to continuous misinformation, delays, and contradictory responses from your customer service team.

Despite multiple follow-ups through calls and emails, no clear resolution has been provided. Every representative gives a different update regarding the status of the complaint. More concerning is the fact that we are now being pressured to close the complaint without the issue being resolved. We have also been asked to pay additional charges despite the product failing within a very short period of purchase and the complaint remaining unresolved.

This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding your after-sales service practices. A customer should not be forced to close a complaint or pay additional money when the original issue has not been addressed.

We demand:

1. Immediate clarification on the status of the repair request.
2. A written explanation for the inconsistent information provided by your representatives.
3. Resolution of the product issue without any coercion to close the complaint.
4. A prompt response from a responsible authority within Eureka Forbes.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, we will be compelled to escalate the issue through consumer grievance forums and other appropriate channels.

We expect a concrete resolution, not further delays or contradictory responses.

At this point of time after all my efforts, time and money is wasted I demand nothing but a refund or a replacement of the product.

Pathetic after sale service I called…

Pathetic after sale service I called customer service a lot but after a lots of days a technician came he told some part is missing I will bring it tomorrow after that no one came and am booking service but am unable to do it

we had buy 2 aquaguard in our office,after few days its started getting problem,we had called in customer care again and again ,but there is no response. i had complained before 10 days ago ,but still no one had visited.so i m suggesting to everyone that please see another option instead of this.

Hopeless and pathetic after sales service. Please don't purchase anything from them

Pathetic after sales support by Eureka Forbes. Even after constant complaining and sending mails, no measure has been taken to solve the issue. I'm using an Aquaguard water filter and had paid the AMC too. But of no use. I regret fixing that in my kitchen. Please don't ever ever purchase any of their products as the after sales service is horrible. I wonder how this company is still running. Shame on you for not maintaining your promises given to the client's. I will let all my friends and acquaintances know about this and never ever purchase anything from this so called brand. Biggest regret- never buy eureka Forbes water purifier

Biggest regret — buying a Eureka Forbes water purifier. I bought the Aquaguard Aspire Designo UTC RO+UV 1X in October 2025, and within 4 months it started failing.

For almost 2 months, I have been running after customer service while spending extra money buying water. PCB, pump, level sensor, pressure switch, wiring — almost every major part has been changed, yet the purifier still doesn’t work properly.

Paid a premium price, got repeated breakdowns, endless follow-ups, and frustration. My experience: poor product quality and disappointing after-sales service. Think twice before buying.

Fake company

There is no company named Eureka Forbes.Very disappointed with the service of Eureka Forbes AMC charges are collected regularly, but there is no proper support when it comes to replacing parts or resolving issues. The customer care response has also been unsatisfactory. Customers should be cautious and not rely solely on the promises made at the time of purchase.

Horrible customer care and services

Horrible customer care and service provided. For AMC they take big fat money within minutes but for services they have no responsibility.i took AMC and suffering from two weeks to get the service.even the service provider vendor is horrible ,they don't keep parts and wants to come at per there convenience.No revert back on calls and no senior person to speak with. It's better to avoid if u don't want to loose ur peace. There is no option of giving 0 star otherwise I would have given.

Hello to all the customers here...do…

Hello to all the customers here...do not take the AMC of aquaguard.They have asked us to change filters.We have changed and within 15 days aquaguard stopped working...We have registered complain again and it's been one and half month they have not changed filters and giving us vague answers.
Do not take their AMC and do not belive them.
Use filters of other good companies.

Poor service support

This is a genuine review for eureka forbes RO water filter. We had a bad experience with support services. Support staff is corrupt and do not follow standard procedures. They are only interested in annual AMC getting renewed every year no matter your usage is low or not. Product has inbuild chip which will stop the RO after a year and company engineer will ask to renew AMC even if you had hardly used the RO. Also, there are leakage issues with the RO and you will need to raise complaint mutiple times with follow ups to get someone to repair the leakage. Overall very poor product and service.

Very bad

Very bad. We called one staff for a warranty issue; he behaved in a rude and unprofessional way. We've been waiting for a product for four months; they still haven't given it to us, and the staff are unprofessional. Don't buy stuff from this company. Poor service

Fraud technician

The technician was trying to take extra money from us saying various fraudulent things like you did not book platinum service and you booked only gold service which does not give parts replacements and all the services. First he said parts needs to be replaced, when we showed him gold includes parts. Replacement, then he said parts replacement is not necessary, it is working well. The technician seemed to be fully fraud.
