I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service provided by Eureka Forbes. I registered a service request for my RO water purifier, but even after three days and multiple follow-up calls, no service engineer visited my home. I was repeatedly given assurances, but no action was taken.

The delay has caused significant inconvenience as my family has been left without safe drinking water. The customer support team failed to provide a clear timeline or an effective resolution.

I hope the company improves its customer service and responds promptly to customers facing essential service issues.

Pathetic Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with Eureka Forbes’ customer service. I received a damaged product and have been following up for the past 40 days for a replacement or return. Despite multiple calls, emails, and escalations, there has been absolutely no response from either the customer support team or the escalation team.
The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Selling a damaged product is one issue, but completely ignoring a customer for over a month reflects very poorly on the company’s after-sales service. I expected much better from a reputed brand.
I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from Eureka Forbes if they expect reliable customer support. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

am extremely disappointed with my experience with Eureka Forbes. I have an issue with my robot product and despite repeated attempts to contact customer support, I am not receiving a satisfactory response. The issue remains unresolved and I keep getting unclear or incomplete answers.

I purchased this product expecting reliable service and support, but the after-sales experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up just to get proper assistance.

I request Eureka Forbes to take responsibility and resolve my issue properly instead of giving generic responses. Very disappointing experience so far.

Their service is just pathetic

Their service is just pathetic. U keep calling them, scheduling service on their app but they don’t attend and also the service schedule just vanishes from the app as if you never scheduled. Whenever your AMC will be due, they will keep calling you and keep coming to your place. Absolutely pathetic!

very bad service of eureka forbes, no one purchase eureka forbes products,
because we complaint since last two month SINCE APRIL -2026 TO TILL DATE WE FOLLOW UP SO MANY TIMES but no body response and again and again our complaints closed from service center.

I wanted to post zero star but no option available for that. Worst products, frequent technical glitches and above all that , no customer care support even under warranty period. We should raise legal claims against them for providing no value for money.

am writing this to express my complete outrage regarding the "repair" service I received for my vacuum cleaner.
I bought this product expecting quality, not a fire hazard. When I first reported the burning smell, your team supposedly "fixed" it. It is clear that either your technician was incompetent, or your product is fundamentally defective, because the exact same burning smell is back immediately.
Let me be crystal clear: I am not interested in another "repair." Sending a technician to my house to fail a second time is a waste of my time and, more importantly, a continued risk to my home’s safety. I am terrified that this machine is going to spark a fire.
Your service record for this unit is a failure. Because this product is clearly faulty and poses a real danger, I am demanding an immediate full replacement or a full refund.
Consider this my final notice before I escalate this to consumer protection forums and social media. I expect a resolution—not another excuse—within the next 24 hours.

I REQUEST NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT

I request not to buy this product...

Purchased this 4 months ago and been calling the helpline for a month because the membrane has been damaged, It comes under our warranty and they are just keeping me in a loop hole, everyday they say maam the technician will come (he never comes) ..its frustating I've been raising a lot of complaints nothing is working .. Don't buy this scamm...

Our AquaGuard water purifier is still…

Our AquaGuard water purifier is still under its one-year warranty, and we purchased it only four months ago. Unfortunately, the product has been extremely disappointing. Even one star is more than it deserves.
For the past one month, we have been repeatedly contacting customer care regarding the poor water quality and the issue with the purifier. Despite several complaints and follow-ups, no one has taken responsibility or resolved the problem. This level of after-sales service is unacceptable, especially for a product that is still under warranty.
We are highly dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer support. We request immediate action to resolve the issue.

Extremely dissappointing experience with Eureka Forbes.

I wish there was Negative star rating for this one. I purchased a water softener from Eureka Forbes, and unfortunately, the problems started right from the installation stage. The installation was not carried out properly, and since day one, I have been facing recurring issues with the product. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of effective customer support. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the response has been slow and the issues remain unresolved. For a company of this reputation, I expected much better product quality and after-sales service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the service support provided. Customers should carefully consider the after-sales support available before making a purchase.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Try to call them for service, no otp comes for verification and the call gets cut. Their whatapp is also useless. It finally ask to call . Such a rigmarole. PLEASE DON'T BUY EUREKA FORBE'S PRODUCTS.

refrain from buying eureka forbes produsts

My complaint no, CM-160326-68675944 pertains to cancellation of sparepart as it was not received with the turn around time specified by the company. The payment for the order was done on 2nd march 2026 and promised thazt the produc t will be received within 6 to 8 business days. even after 15 days as the product was not received , called the customer care and requested to cancel the oder and arrange for refund on 15th march 2026. inspite of cancelling the oreder and requesting of refund , the company despatched the product on april 10th which reached me on 12th april and I refused to accept the order and returned the same. Till date (23rd june) i have not received the refund but i only keep receiving multiple calls from the company and shamelessly the exucutives state that they have escalated the complaint bu have not recived any revert and asking me if i have receving any call feom their team and also they sate since it is a cancellation and refund request the process would take a long time. it is over 110 days and looks like the company has no intention of refunding the amount to customers.

I purchased the Aquaguard Enrich Vector…

I purchased the Aquaguard Enrich Vector RO+UV+MC 2X water purifier from Eureka Forbes in July 2025, and it has been one of the worst purchases I have made.

The product started facing issues, and despite raising multiple service requests, I received very poor support from Eureka Forbes. It appears that the company is focused only on selling products, but once the sale is completed, customers are left struggling to get proper service and support.

My complaints have not been attended to on time, and there has been a lack of response and accountability from the service team. Repeated follow-ups have not resulted in a satisfactory resolution.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Eureka Forbes products to others. Before purchasing, please consider the quality of after-sales service, as it has been extremely disappointing in my case.
