Completely fed up and mentally…
Completely fed up and mentally exhausted with the horrible experience I’ve had with Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Nrich over the past several years.
What was supposed to provide safe drinking water has instead become a constant source of stress, health concerns, and endless service complaints. Repeated issues like:
• Bad taste and unpleasant smell in water
• Incorrect TDS levels
• Membrane failures
• Red warning indications
• Water overflow problems
• Motor failures
• Charger and PCB issues
• Machine suddenly stopping work
have become a never-ending cycle.
Because of these recurring failures, my family has repeatedly faced throat infections, fever, stomach upset, skin allergies, and constant fear about the quality of water we are consuming. Even after paying annual maintenance charges regularly, the response from Eureka Forbes has been careless, irresponsible, and deeply disappointing.
Technicians either never arrive, close complaints without fixing anything, or provide temporary fixes that fail again within days. Customer care simply keeps transferring calls and giving false assurances while customers continue suffering.
A water purifier is not a luxury product — it directly impacts a family’s health. When a company fails repeatedly in such a critical area and ignores customer concerns for years, it is not just poor service, it is complete negligence.
I have now lost all trust in Eureka Forbes products and support. Consumers deserve accountability, reliable service, and safe products — not endless frustration and health risks.
Strongly reconsidering this brand and advising others to think carefully before investing their hard-earned money here.

Surprised how D2C pioneer company has gone down the drain. 3 weeks 3 enquiry threw 3 different mediums with 1 result fail... Apart from other thing even there buying enquiry system is even fail I fill a form from Faridabad and there tele caller says your city is Ambala, I corrected him he said person from your city will call for demo. Then I received call from Sonipat person, he was not aware what the call about is it a sale enquiry or a service request and for what product. Then I received the phone no. of person from Ludhiana via SMS from the company, and he didn't have any idea about Faridabad.
I am glad I dropped the idea of buying their product, if this is a result of sales then what would have been result of service????
Very Disappointing
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Eureka Forbes water purifier service. Their team persuaded me forcefully to renew the AMC, promising quick and reliable service. After taking the payment, there has been absolutely no proper response from the support team.
I have been waiting for a technician since January, despite making repeated complaints and follow-up calls. Every time, they give false assurances, but nobody actually comes for service. The customer support behavior has also been very rude and unprofessional.
This feels like complete fraud and cheating of customers. They are very good at convincing people to buy their products and renew AMC plans, but once the payment is done, they simply ignore customers.
I strongly advise people not to fall for their persuasion or marketing promises. Please think twice before buying Eureka Forbes products or AMC plans, otherwise you may end up getting cheated just like me.

Service is pathetic. They sell high priced AMC and do not turn up on scheduled visits to change filters or attend complaints. I rescheduled multiple times to change the filters of the water purification system, no one from the service team / technician will contact. Do not buy their products. Stay away!!!

Deeply disappointed with "eurekaforbes.com" and the complete failure of its after-sales service system.
I purchased 3 Aquaguard Water Softener AWS I-600 units (Model: GWPDAWSI600000) on 29 Jan 2026 under Invoice Nos. I26290348127 and I26290348124. Out of these, one unit was found defective at the time of installation itself on 2 Feb 2026.
What followed has been months of negligence, silence, and complete absence of accountability.
Despite:
• repeated follow-ups
• formal complaint registration (Complaint No: CM-030326-67851444)
• escalation through National Consumer Helpline
• direct coordination attempts
the issue still remains unresolved.
Even the assigned coordinator remained largely unresponsive, forcing the customer to repeatedly chase for a basic resolution despite full payment already being made.
This is no longer about one defective product. It reflects a serious breakdown in customer commitment, governance, escalation handling, and service accountability.
A premium brand cannot operate on marketing alone while leaving customers stranded after payment. The true test of a company begins after the sale — and unfortunately, this experience has severely damaged trust in the brand.
Consumers deserve better than endless follow-ups, ignored escalations, and reactive responses only after legal intervention becomes necessary.

Worst service, after paying 16500/ for bathroom softener it got delivered in 20-22 days and after using for 1 month it got broken and now after 20-25 days there is no response on replacement of it. Daily service engineer people keep-on saying it will be delivered in 2 days .

bought a robotic vacuum cleaner recently from Eureka Forbes. Even after a year, no service of any kind has been provided. Despite requesting them to fix its functioning for the past six months, not a single person has bothered to show up.
When I went there in person and explained the matter, they informed me they would come within two days and provided a contact number. My house and this office are not even a kilometer apart. If I call the number they provided, they do not pick up.
Under no circumstances should anyone buy this appliance from them. Once the sale is over, not a single person will look your way, and you won't be able to use the appliance either. They should be considered the absolute masters of deception.

I am a GOLD Eureka Forbes AMC customer. Extremely frustrated with their AMC . I did 2 year AMC with Eureka Forbes for my Dr. Aquaguard Magma jn Aug 2025. My machine stopped working on 10rh may. . I have been calling Eureka Forbes helpline everyday since last 10 days , and every day they say that they will be sending an engineer. They have still not sent anyone. The Engineer who used to visit earlier advised us informally to buy a new Aquaguard Machine and not pursue repair of old machine anymore. He said he will offer discounts on new machine. It is clear they dont want to repair the machine or to honour the AMC. They only want to sell a new machine. They are not telling anything about refund of AMC money either. . I am really fed up of calling the helpline every day and hearing false assurances that someone will visit. I am asking for refund of AMC money for the remaining 16 months, , but they are only saying someone will visit. Pathetic service levels and absolutely unprofessional business practices. Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service provided by Eureka Forbes.
Recently, we also purchased an AMC on 5 May 2026 and raised a request for service and filter replacement. However, despite following up 8–10 times, we have not received any satisfactory response.
Even worse, the company has wasted approximately 10 hours of our time by repeatedly assigning 2-hour service slots for appointments, but no proper service was delivered.
This level of mismanagement, lack of accountability, and poor customer service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Despite continuous calls, no concrete action has been taken.
This is highly unprofessional and not expected from a brand like Eureka Forbes.

The worst experience I have ever had with any brand. It has been over a year, and my refund issue still remains unresolved. Salim Shaikh, Rajaram Rajbhar, Krishnmurari Sharma, along with the company’s refund team, have continuously delayed and mishandled my case.
The customer service, grievance, and escalation teams have done nothing except keep me waiting with false assurances. One day I am told that my complaint is “in process,” and the next day I am informed that it has been cancelled without any explanation. There is absolutely no transparency or accountability.
At this point, I would strongly advise people not to purchase an Aquaguard purifier through the offline sales team. Their responsibility seems to end the moment the product is sold, and when it comes to refunds or financial resolutions, they completely step back.
If you still want to buy their products, platforms like Amazon are a much better option because online platforms at least provide proper customer support, tracking, and resolution systems. Unfortunately, the offline team’s handling of customer complaints has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Eureka Forbes seriously needs to improve its offline sales and support system because this kind of customer experience is unacceptable from such a well-known brand.

I took a AMC with Eureka for the water purifer on 27th April 2026. After booking, the technician stated that the filters are not available and will contact in 2 days. No one contacted for 10 days and then I placed a request for refund. And even after 20 days, no positive reply.
I went to the office address shown near Kudlu gate, Bangalore and surprisingly no office exists. This is a fraud at the highest level. I have raised a complaint even for this and have to take a legal route to get the reply these guys.
I strongly recommend the prospects not to buy Eureka Forbes product or their services. You are expected to get fooled and suffer.

unfortunately I purchased Euricaforbes RO water filter CA-1225-031057374. As per the SMS message received from your company that free service is due, I booked the service request vide WO-120526-77001093 on 13th May 2026 for a service slot on 14th May 2026 between 11AM - 1PM.
Till date no one attended and there is no assignment of technician for this Work.
Customer service contact number IVR does not have option for speaking to Customer Service Executive.
As per IVR heard today my service request will be attended on 14th May 2026 and today is 16thMay 2026.

I recently purchased a robot vacuum cleaner. After two days, the company sent a demonstration person. He exhibited a very poor attitude, provided only a partial demonstration, and simply sent videos. He instructed me to watch the videos for usage instructions. His name is Sumit. I kindly advise against purchasing any Aquaguard products.
