I am a Gold AMC customer and raised a service request on 17th March through the Eureka Forbes app. Very poor after-sales service and highly unprofessional response from the Trivandrum branch. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and improves its customer support standards. Dont waste your money by buying eureka forbes products.. Worst experience..

Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service provided by Eureka Forbes.
Recently, we also purchased an AMC on 5 May 2026 and raised a request for service and filter replacement. However, despite following up 8–10 times, we have not received any satisfactory response.
Even worse, the company has wasted approximately 10 hours of our time by repeatedly assigning 2-hour service slots for appointments, but no proper service was delivered.
This level of mismanagement, lack of accountability, and poor customer service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Despite continuous calls, no concrete action has been taken.
This is highly unprofessional and not expected from a brand like Eureka Forbes.
The worst experience I have ever had…
The worst experience I have ever had with any brand. It has been over a year, and my refund issue still remains unresolved. Salim Shaikh, Rajaram Rajbhar, Krishnmurari Sharma, along with the company’s refund team, have continuously delayed and mishandled my case.
The customer service, grievance, and escalation teams have done nothing except keep me waiting with false assurances. One day I am told that my complaint is “in process,” and the next day I am informed that it has been cancelled without any explanation. There is absolutely no transparency or accountability.
At this point, I would strongly advise people not to purchase an Aquaguard purifier through the offline sales team. Their responsibility seems to end the moment the product is sold, and when it comes to refunds or financial resolutions, they completely step back.
If you still want to buy their products, platforms like Amazon are a much better option because online platforms at least provide proper customer support, tracking, and resolution systems. Unfortunately, the offline team’s handling of customer complaints has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Eureka Forbes seriously needs to improve its offline sales and support system because this kind of customer experience is unacceptable from such a well-known brand.

Irresponsible act by Eureka Forbes and No office exists as advertised on Google
I took a AMC with Eureka for the water purifer on 27th April 2026. After booking, the technician stated that the filters are not available and will contact in 2 days. No one contacted for 10 days and then I placed a request for refund. And even after 20 days, no positive reply.
I went to the office address shown near Kudlu gate, Bangalore and surprisingly no office exists. This is a fraud at the highest level. I have raised a complaint even for this and have to take a legal route to get the reply these guys.
I strongly recommend the prospects not to buy Eureka Forbes product or their services. You are expected to get fooled and suffer.

unfortunately I purchased Euricaforbes RO water filter CA-1225-031057374. As per the SMS message received from your company that free service is due, I booked the service request vide WO-120526-77001093 on 13th May 2026 for a service slot on 14th May 2026 between 11AM - 1PM.
Till date no one attended and there is no assignment of technician for this Work.
Customer service contact number IVR does not have option for speaking to Customer Service Executive.
As per IVR heard today my service request will be attended on 14th May 2026 and today is 16thMay 2026.
Very Bad Service
I recently purchased a robot vacuum cleaner. After two days, the company sent a demonstration person. He exhibited a very poor attitude, provided only a partial demonstration, and simply sent videos. I purchased a product from Bismi, Muvattupuzha last August with a huge amount. For the past one week, the product has not been working properly. I contacted the shop many times, but there has been no proper response or action from your side.
Most of the time my calls were not answered. When I called from my mother’s phone, the call was attended, which is very disappointing behavior towards a customer. I was informed that Eureka Forbes would contact me, but till now no one has called or responded regarding my complaint.
This kind of customer service is very poor and unacceptable. I trusted your shop and purchased this product, but now I am facing a very bad experience. Kindly take immediate action and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
Unsatisfied with their after sales sert
I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the after-sales service for my RO water purifier and softener.
Despite raising a service ticket several days ago, I have not received any call or visit from a service engineer to date. The only communication I’ve received is repeated calls from customer care asking if my issue is resolved. Each time I’m told “we will look into it and update the system,” but there has been no actual resolution or follow-up action.
This lack of support defeats the purpose of purchasing appliances that require regular maintenance and service.
Due to this continued service deficiency, I request Eureka Forbes to arrange for the immediate removal and pickup of both the RO water purifier and softener from my premises. Please process a full refund as the products are unusable without proper service support.

Very disappointed with Eureka Forbes and Aquaguard service quality.
I purchased an Aquaguard Aspire RO UTC 2X purifier directly from their team while shifting to my new home. Initially, they promised delivery within 1 day, but due to issues from their end, it took almost 1 week to deliver.
The real frustration started after installation. The purifier immediately started leaking water. Their technician visited and confirmed it was a defective product and replaced it after multiple follow-ups and another long wait.
Shockingly, even the replacement product turned out to be defective with the exact same leakage issue. Again, the technician confirmed the product defect.
Because of this continuous leakage, my wooden interior has been damaged due to water leakage, causing additional loss and stress to my family.
Receiving one defective product may happen, but receiving a second defective replacement clearly shows serious quality and service issues. Customers are left struggling without proper drinking water for days, especially during summer.
I genuinely regret choosing Eureka Forbes. Service response, quality checks, and customer handling have been extremely poor throughout the experience.
Posting this review as a heads-up for others before purchasing. Please think twice before investing your money here.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Would like to give 0 star if they allow. They promised us to deliver in 2 days and that’s why We have bought robot vacuum cleaner and paid on the spot. It’s been 18 days and they are not responding us. Total harassment. Their regional manager is not answering at all. The sales executive is also not responding. Company is not supporting us via Email too. Don’t know what to do.

Until 31 March 2026, Mr. Ravi repeatedly assured me that the product was unavailable due to stock constraints and requested my patience. Subsequently, he suggested altering the mode of purchase, which I declined, instead unequivocally requesting a refund. Since then, despite my persistent follow-ups over the past two months, both Mr. Ravi and his superior, Mr. Tikky (Mobile: 9825268523), have only offered vague assurances without any tangible resolution. Presently, they have ceased responding altogether.

Worst After-Sales Service in Trivandrum, Kerala – Never Buy Eureka Forbes
I purchased an Aquaguard water purifier from Eureka Forbes expecting peace of mind, safe drinking water, and at least the mandatory warranty service they promised. Instead, this has turned into one of the most frustrating customer experiences I have ever had.
During the warranty period itself, the company failed to provide the mandatory service and maintenance visits. Even after multiple emails, repeated phone calls, customer care complaints, and continuous follow-ups, nobody from the service team ever showed up. Every time, customer care would assure me that the issue was escalated and service would be done soon, but nothing actually happened.
Because of their negligence and complete lack of support, the filters expired much earlier than they should have. A water purifier is not just about the product — proper and timely servicing is essential. Without service support, the product becomes useless.
The most painful part is their after-sales service in Trivandrum, Kerala. Their local service network appears completely unreliable. They keep opening service requests, but no technician comes. Customers are simply left helpless after purchase.
Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with Eureka Forbes. I faced similar after-sales issues with their robo vacuum as well. That experience should have been my warning sign. I have now decided never again to buy any Eureka Forbes product or any company associated with their service network.
People often focus only on product specifications while buying appliances, but after-sales support is what truly matters. When a company fails to provide even the mandatory warranty service after repeated complaints, it clearly shows how little they value customers once the product is sold.
For anyone living in Trivandrum Corporation area in Kerala — avoid this company if you expect dependable service support. Buying their products means buying stress, frustration, wasted time, and endless follow-ups instead of peace of mind.
I am now proceeding legally through consumer court regarding the denial of mandatory warranty service despite repeated requests and documented follow-ups.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had. Never again.
