Candidate for most idiotic company ever. Trip from Prague to Stuttgart and back. I had to canceled due to working schedule. I asked if the Wi-Fi and electrical source would be available. They said it can not be assured it will depend on the bus that day.
So I cancel 36 hours before. Fee for canceling is 25% more than 2 days before and 50% when its 2 days to 2 hours before. They took 50% from both tickets because I bought it at once and it counts as one ticket nevertheless my ride from Stuttgart to Prague is in 4 days. I explained and even send them printscreen of their webpage with highlighted text regarding 2 tickets explaining it is very unclear. Their response. I can not see that print screen is too small...
I had that pleasure traveling with them once before. They are just terrible rude, old uncomfortable and overall provide no service! I wish they were not existing anymore no reason for them to be still in business. If you have other choices(I did not due to my scheduled) choose otherwise srsly they are not worth it!

I am not satisfied at all. I traveled Berlin from Prague on 12th November 2017 at 19.00. The first driver was so rude in behaving even no driver could understand English. They took 20 minutes more than there schedule time and no wifi inside the bus. After asking two times for wifi, got no answer or action. Sometimes, few sounds from the luggage box made me scared.
Far from satisfaction
The drivers couldn't understand English at all. Even the first driver was rude in behaving. There was no wifi on the bus (12th November 2017 at 19.00 from Prague to Berlin).

This is the worst company that I ever had to deal with.
I advice you never buy a ticket with this company.
I called to change a ticket and they were charging me too much money for that, so I asked the girl if was better that I cancel the ticket and I make another booking, she said yes but she never mention that they don't refund my money, she even said that I'm going to get a refund in 48 hours. If I would know that I'll never going to receive any money back I'd never cancelled, she just did it without giving me any warning, so I lost the money and I don't have any ticket!
I prefer to go to another company even if I have to pay more money than going with this people.

Took a bus from Brussels to Cologne airport, as we had to catch our flight, the timing was critical for us and other passengers, who had arrived on time. But the driver (perhaps under orders of dispatchers) left the station 40 minutes later, as some passengers came 30 minutes late, putting us in danger of missing the flight. Unacceptable service and total disregard of puncuality.

Travelled from London to Paris and back twice in the recent few months.
On all four trips, the drivers were rude, treated us like animals. In some cases they did not even speak English, just barked a few sentences at us. All trips were overnight and the drivers kept the music at full blast throughout the night. A few of us asked to lower the volume and were told to sit at the back. No information was given on whether we would stop for a break or when. At the station in Paris, I asked if I could have my suitcase opened as I had mislaid my keys. Instead of telling me no, they asked me to wait and after three hours, I went to ask if anyone could help me, I was very aggressively told to move away, as if my behaviour was criminal in some way.
Finally, it`s a cheap way of getting from A to B. Why budget on politeness? The bus was clean and comfortable and the driving was very safe.

Awful - both drivers were rude on my London-pairs return and even though i printed off my ticket i still wasn't allowed on the coach until i had another pass acquired from checking in, even though it says on the ticket 'please show this to your driver'.
Drivers shouted at passengers, knew little English and were generally rude.
The driver was 40 mins late showing up to the coach in Paris, leaving us standing doing nothing for almost an hour.
Drivers both ways threw our luggage into the hold and I believe this broke some glassware that I had inside of the bag.
National express are excellent (UK only) however Eurolines are atrocious and I would recommend more expensive alternatives as they're not worth your money.

Cette compagnie est une véritable escroquerie, je vous déconseille vivement cette société.
Eurolines is awful. Will never use them again.
I'm going to start this by saying I am a fan of National Express. They have never given me a reason to be unhappy with them and have provided reasonable and comfortable trips, even ones for long duration. Eurolines on the other hand, well, they're not good. I would never recommend. I used them to go to Paris because it was considerably cheaper than a train and easier to get to than a plane. The bus was twenty minutes late, which I understand can be due to situations outside of the drivers control. However, the driver himself was very, very rude. For National Express, it is perfectly okay to have your ticket on your phones but to quote my driver "Eurolines doesn't like that." This would be fine if there was any information out there that says you need a paper copy of your ticket. It wasn't on the confirmation email, where it should have been, and I have been unable to find int anywhere else. I had luckily printed my ticket as a backup in case my phone died, but my travel partner did not and was nearly not let on the bus. Then I had to sit in a tight space next to a man who did all he could to take over my seat as well as his. When asked if I could change seats to try and sit by my friend instead of receiving a simple "no. It's against policy," I was yelled at. "No! You may not! No! You cannot change seats. Do not even try." The driver was so unbelievably rude and I was uncomfortable and upset for the entire trip. It honestly made the overall experience very negative. NEVER take Eurolines. The trip back from Paris was much better because it was operated by a different company because the Eurolines bus we were supposed to take broke down.
L'europe en bus
Service de transport d'un point A à un point B assuré. Ponctualité bof (ça reste un bus, donc aléas de circulation sur route...c'est pareil chez la concurrence, j'ai testé plusieurs cie).
Niveau chauffeur, ça dépend sur qui vous tombez quelque soit la société (le gentil qui fait des blagues au micro ou celui qui tire la tronche...)
Le wifi à bord n'est pas fiable.
Trajet Gallieni-Londres, moins cher que l'eurostar (mais 10h de trajet de +) mais on était loin des prix promo (60€/trajet).
Le trajet de nuit est épuisant, dès que le chauffeur descend du bus pour une pause il fait descendre TOUT le monde. Même si tu es en phase dodo à ce moment là. Et les gens sont pas toujours respectueux (regardent films sans écouteurs, parlent fort etc).

Hello! We drove by bus Brussels-Paris on August 22, departure time 11: 45, arrival time 15:30. We had electronic tickets. The bus is late for 25-30 minutes. At the entrance,we showed tickets on the phone, but driver said that this is not an authorized ticket. Sayed two options: 1) go to print at the hotel, but the bus will not wait for us; 2) pay for 5 euros. On the tickets it was not written that they should be obligatory printed. And we had no other choice. We paid, and with us half more people. I have a question: that is, for tickets of 5 euros immediately became authorized. This was my first trip to EuroLines, and definitely the last trip. I am very indignant at this, because I had a good mind about Eurolines, but now it changes.

A trip Heilbronn-Sibiu was far way longer than expected, we were almost 3 hours late, as the breaks were to long and we had to many of them. In Heilbronn Eurolines doesn't stop in an official bus station, they stop somewhere in a semi-industrial area near the train station, there are no signs, it gets very confusing where, when and how the bus arrives. Also, the drivers had quite unprofessional social and time-managing skills.

We took the 0700 AM bus from Prague to Budapest, via Brno and Bratislava.
The bus departed on schedule with very cold gestures from the driver.
The trip was OK from Prague to Brno, and from Brno to Bratislava.
We arrived pretty much on time (11.04 AM) at Bratislava bus station and the driver announced that the bus will continue the trip to Budapest at 11.45 AM which gave ample time for us to go to WC or buy some coffee/refreshments.
The fiasco started on 11.42 AM when all of sudden the driver announced that the bus is broken and can't continue the trip to Budapest. He said that the next bus would arrive at 03.00 PM!!! and requested us to reclaim at the Eurolines office. He just walked away amid confused passengers who some of them are group of French girl teens and a lady to catch flight at Budapest.
We don't recommend Eurolines. We heard some bad story. We gave a chance and we witnessed the bad one. Choose another company if you can.
In our case, we switched to train, paid an extra cost than planned -and arrive 2 hours later than our itenerary. But..we wish Eurolines can improve. Only heaven knows..otherwise, EAT MY MONEY, YOU ARE NOT GETTING RICHER!!

I came from Rotterdam and the bus was delayed by the guys at Eurotunnel not letting us go on the train because they thought the driver left behind 2 persons , which wasn't the case!
I've lost my connections to the end destinations and had to pay other tickets and also got home very late, stressed out the whole way back in UK !
You tell us to be one hour earlier as if we will be late and lose the bus,the ticket is not available anymore and got to purchase a different one, but what happens in this case, when we lose because of you ?
