C'est de la vrai m...

- Les chauffeurs sont rudes et pas polis du tout;
- l'entreprise assigne pas de sièges, donc si vous êtes deux bon courage; (les chauffeurs s'en fiche, clairement)
- c'est dommage on peut pas en mettre 0 étoiles ;
- on aura jamais reprendre et on en recommande à personne !

Professional and helpful drivers

Professional and helpful drivers, clean and VIP bus. the bus was little bit late due to traffic block, there is no fault of driver.

Overall it was nice journey, i saw negative reviews but my trip was outstanding.

keep in mind few things, you should have printed tickets with you, not all drivers are accepting tickets in mobiles. Be in bus stand in time, so that you can board in time. Allow 1 to 2 hours extra as some times due to traffic issues; buses are late, there is no fault of drivers.

In passport controls, come back to bus for boarding as quickly as possible because if you delay, sometimes shuttle time will go and overall bus will be late. so co-operate with drivers too.

Bring mobile battery backup charger, as there are no charging ports in euro lines buses

Disrespectful,rude and ignorant driver

Worst service ever on the line Bruxelle Noord/ Amsterdam.
The driver is rude, impolite, cannot speak a word of English,made me hurry up for no reason, I fell and even injured myself and as a response he laughed!! He deserved a punch on his face!!! As a girl who travels alone I felt disrespected and as a costumer I am shocked people like this have a job, especially in contact with tourists from all over the world!! Awful awful awful, never again! Hope the company understands they need to change their staff,this is ridiculous

Terrible staff.
There is racist staff in the bus terminal in vilnius in lithuania.
I felt uncomfortable her racism attitude.
I don't wanna use it forever.
And i will recommend it to my friends as a racist company.please train your clerk.

This was the worst transit experience I…

This was the worst transit experience I have ever had. All the drivers were rude, shouting at me in rapid fire Spanish whenever I tried to ask a simple question about if I was getting on the correct bus or not. My bus arriving in Valencia got in an hour and a half early, at 6:30am, with no warning from the driver. If I hadn’t seen the sign when we pulled in to the station I wouldn’t have known to get off the bus. Then on the way back to France my bus was over an hour late arriving to the destination, meaning I missed the last tram home and had to pay a ridiculous amount for a cab. Nothing about any of the ticketing information is intuitive, none of the buses are labeled with the cities they’re stopping at or the route numbers, and when attempting to look up any bus/ticket information online all I was told was that my reservation and bus didn’t exist, even though I was looking at the confirmation email. I have never been so confused and frustrated with a transit system before, and I will retain it be avoiding all eurolines travel in the future.

Would not recommend

Booked bus with Eurolines. Never made it to our destination.

Carrier was incorrectly displayed as Croatia Buslines. Correct carrier was a different bus line. Missed bus, had to rebook and repay.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND FLIXBUS INSTEAD

A surtout ne pas prendre !!

Jaurai du lire les mauvais commentaires avant ma réservation pour un bus nice Toulon.
Après plus de 15h de vol je me dirige vers le quai indiqué, je my installe a l'avance.
Plusieurs bus de différentes compagnies sy arrêtent et je j'aperçois aucun de Eurolines. Je demande à un chauffeur si cest le bon quai, apparemment il est espagnol, ne parle ni français ni anglais et se montre d aucune aide. Donc jattend, aucune indication bien visible indiquant toulon. Je m'impatiente et téléphone au bout de 40 min au standard qui m dit que le chauffeur était la et est parti à l'heure, et m'annonce que le nom indiqué est un autre mais que celui d'eurolines est noté sur le pare brise. Pour elle jai raté mon bus et ils ne me rembourseront pas
Ils avaient mon numéro, cela aurait pris 10 secondes, le chauffeur est resté inerte qd je lui ai demander si cetait le quai 6.
Bref scandaleux, jai du marcher avec mes gros bagages toutes seule jusqu'a l'arret n° 23, ensuite après 20 min de bus marcher 8 min jusqu a la gare et payer 30€ de plus.
Il aurait pu commercialement me proposer une compensation pour le manque de professionnalisme. On est du bétail voilà tout. Épuisée, dégoutée, énervée...honte à eux !

Fee for extra luggage

Be very careful when booking this company. Travelled Dublin to Victoria last week.

I met companion on trip to Dublin. When boarding the coach at Dublin. The driver charged €15 for her extra luggage

He would not provide a receipt or ID, he wore no company markings. He said the fee was for security at Hollyhead. He refused to assist in loading luggage.

I said to him evidence of fee would be required at Hollyhead. On arrival he announced to bus that he has a problem psssenger to deal with.

I was asked to get off bus, I complained to security the whole bus was offloaded. Eventually he repaid the money to my companion.

Following security check we all reboardedand continued.

Horreur bus sans toilettes pour un voyage de 8h avec des chauffeurs qui font le ramassage tranquille en cours de route

Nous avons pris cette compagnie pour Amsterdam. À l'aller, bus àvec des toilettes sans lumière, sans eau qui sentent mauvais à vomir.
Le retour pour Paris, un trajet de 8h le chauffeur vous annonce que les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas, ok génial. Arrivé à Bruxelles, changement de chauffeur, Celui-ci fait son ramassage à tous bout de chemin, une heure de perdu à Bruxelles. Bizarrement les clés des toilettes sortent. Chose qu'il ne fallait pas faire allée aux toilettes. Celles-ci sont bouchées. Un voyage horrible.
Il est inadmissible de faire 8h de trajet sans toilettes c'est la moindre des choses.

Horrible euroline experience

Me and my wife took a bus from Paris to Brussels. The trip started with rude driver demanding extra money for our luggage which was of a nominal size. This is not mention in their baggage policies and upon requesting a receipt he said the money is for the driver. He also threw bags out of the bus of our fellow passengers who said they will go and check this with the office staff. Even the same was reported to a office staff who came to the bus for checking passengers details but she cunningly moved away. People opt for the bus as it’s cheaper compared to other options but the driver and the company snatch money on other ways and take advantage of the passengers situation. I will never use this service and will not recommend anyone to use it.

Speechless treuly

Speechless treuly. On my way from rotterdam to london the drivers were rude and hurried us like we were cattle by the border controls. Then on my way back - at the coach station victoria on the board it said gate 19 at 7pm departure. Which apprently changed to gate 14 without a update thru the intercom or info boards. So me and 7 others missed our bus. Leaving us stranded in London. Thankfully i managed the last ticket out with flixxbus. But had to pay extra 45 pond because the lady at the ticket centre cant do refunds or free tickets. Tomorrow i am contacting eurolines and they re in for a treat... not doing this agian..next time screw the extra 50bucks. I am taking the train. Easier. Faster. Saver.

Don't even consider them.

Whilst travelling from the Netherlands to London I had to get off the coach before I had even left the country as the atmosphere was so disgusting. The staff were rude, yes, as was the bus late, but the worst thing however, was the smell. I shall never travel with Eurolines ever again.

Eurolines from pragues to budapest

Eurolines from pragues to budapest. Driver was alright but they give you a limit of 150mb of internet and i just feel like you cant advertise on your bus to have internet when really it is just for the first 30mn of the trip. Flixbus has internet without restriction and i would have know i would have booked them.

Horror Bus Reise von Ulm nach Bihac

Horror Bus Reise von Ulm nach Bihac. 17 Stunden in Bus ohne WC, ohne WLAN, mit Klima Kaputt (vorne zu kalt, hinten zu warm).l
Unfreundliche Fahrer, Flüchtling von Pakistan in Bus von Bihac, ohne Dokumente. In erste Grenze Ausgang von Bosnien wir haben (40 Personen + Kinder) 2,5 Stunde gewartet dieses Fall zu erklären.
Wer hat an diese Man Reiseticket verkauft?
Und noch was: Hinfahrt, 15 Stunden für 800 km: Bus hat sich in verschiedene Stellen gehalten für 1 Passagier (diese war nicht offizielle Haltestellen) und in Bosnien, hat die Personen auf den Wunsch raus gelassen. Das hat eine Verspätung von 1-2 Stunden gebracht.
Ende Juli ich habe reklamiert bei Eurolines. Jetzt ist ende November und noch keine Antwort für Reklamation erhalten.

We were stranded at Porto with valid tickets to Santiago de Compostela because the coach did not turn up.
I tried calling the phones numbers on the ticket but was unable to reach anyone at Eurolines.
We spent many hours, uncertain about what was happening and whether we would get to our destination that day.
It was a terrible situation and caused us a lot of anxiety particularly as we were travelling with our elderly parents.
Fortunately the lady at the ticket office was able to get us the last 4 seats on ALSA. She also mentioned that there was no Eurolines service for which we had been sold tickets through Eurolines website.
It is totally unheard of and not an experience I would wish on anyone.
I have emailed a complaint but have not yet received a reply from Eurolines.
PS we had to also purchase new tickets through ALSA for the next leg of our journey Santiago de Compostela to Coimbra as we were advised again that there was no Eurolines service on that route despite us having purchased tickets through a Eurolines website.

Disappointing service

Disappointing service. Information on the site wrong or incomplete, better call the station you leave from to have the information you need. Extremely rude personnel, and incompetent and no customer service. If you would like to be mislead and treated like human garbage for a trip this is the company for it. Also they have delays, which are not due to traffic but to drivers driving around as they please and dropping off their colleagues home.

Travelled with Eurolines on the 17th &…

Travelled with Eurolines on the 17th & 18th of October, 2018 from Cork, Ireland to Milton Keynes, England, booked through National Express. The service was on-time and arrived at my destination earlier than scheduled. Only complaint that I have is that the driver at Cork was rude to me when I presented my e-Ticket on my iPhone, shoving my phone into my face and telling me that it was not an acceptable ticket. In the end, I showed him the printed-out ticket and everything was okay. If I hadn't have had that, I do not know if I would've been on that coach. All of the other drivers were exceptional, making efforts to please their customers.

The coach journeys were smooth both in Ireland and the UK with stops in the UK at services for a 30 minute break. Coaches were comfortable and the Eurolines coach had USB ports for charging mobile devices which was appreciated.

I will definitely travel with Eurolines again.
