Course booklet a great help and hands on with the PAT machines gave me a greater understanding of the requirements to be competent.
Location for the course at Salisbury great maybe the Building number with the room name would make it ba little bit easier to find instead of the room name only (only a small thing )

I already hold an NZQA Diploma in…
I already hold an NZQA Diploma in electrical engineering level 6 unlike many on the course. But the instructor was excellent, his interaction with the class was great. I learned several new things and overall was very please with the course, well done.

I felt that my contribution was well appreciated. The facility is great. There was parking and everything was at hand. I was welcomed by the staff and they showed me where thing were. You had a great facilitator who gave us all she had to give.

Great Learning Experience
We started late due to fog ( no one can control that). The trainer had a great grasp of the topic ,kept on subject and task and made the session very enjoyable. The follow-up phone call and offer of training is EXCELLENT.
The venue was grand , the food good and coffee adlib!!!!!!!, what more needs to be said.

Although alot of information to learn in a day ,the tutor was briliant .everything was explained well .i have since tested tools just to learn our test mashine .and to have a phone number to call if ever in need of info is great.

Excellent course
Great facilities, great coach. Glenn was very knowledgeable, informative and kept us all interested. The day just flew by and I really enjoyed myself. With all of the first aid courses to choose from, I'm really glad I chose this one. Highly recommended!
