While the tutor was knowledgeable
While the tutor was knowledgeable, I found that the course was very rushed and should of had more time practicing with the test and tags machines. There was no mention prior to the course that the course did not cover 3 phase cords, like me most of the other participates need this to cover half the machinery in there work please.

There is a lot of content to cover during the day, but we always pride ourselves in providing the best quality experience for our students. We sincerely apologize you felt this wasn't the case.
We also apologize as there seems to have been some kind of communication breakdown regarding the content of our Test and Tag course.Testing of 3 Phase equipment is not covered in our standard course as it requires much more time to teach and different equipment, but this should definitely have been communicated prior to the course. I will pass your details onto our customer service team and have someone contact you as soon as possible to work out a resolution for you.

Test and Tag Training.
I found the course to be practical and interesting. The content was to the point and put across in a way that was appropriate and easily understood. The control method to assess the understanding of the participants was simple and basic but at the same time suited to the course.

Peter was not only a hands on…
Peter was not only a hands on Technician, running his Family Business (Baw Baw Test and Tag) with his Wife and Sons.... but an excellent communicator and tutor.
His background in teaching in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary fields shone through, with his excellent presentation and easy to follow program of theory and practical exercises.
I thoroughly enjoyed the day and benefited from Peter's expertise.

I really can't say I enjoyed the training. I felt inadequate and out of my depth and found the instructor very intimidating.
