I have order products many times from them and never had an issue. This time when I received my order it was completely wrong. Using their customer service was a breeze! After going through the steps that they asked, they had the right items packaged and sent out in a day! I had originally paid for 3 day shipping, but they sent the corrected order overnight!! Wyatt, the customer service representative that I was texting with, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Great customer service and great customer experience! I will continue to use them, and am very satisfied with my experience with this company!

Good quality products but not enuff pluse sizes for bigger girls like me on certain harnesses and slings there larges where still small. Label how big they are in waist inches plz. Great stuff other than that.

I like the explanations given behind each product. There was nothing hidden from the pictures to the product received. We have, well my wife really enjoys the STRICT brand line, it is challenging for me but I deliciously enjoy the "pleasure" I receive. We are repeat buyers and will come here again when we add more to our collection

Spend the extra on premium stuff. The quality is better, but even on a budget, you can get some great stuff here.

Hi, I bought couple of items from ER and I got to say that I am totaly satisfied. As always they have excellent quality product to satisfy my needs when its time to play. YB

The descriptions have videos of people using the products and nothing is blurry and it’s just the best shopping experience.
The strap itself is a rubber doubled over belt sensation. It’s loud and stings and gives you lots of time to work someone over with it. You can build intensity and definitely eventually bruise someone but you have a while of playing before so. Great option for someone who likes a belt!

Their website clearly states:

Unfortunately, even though I emailed within 1 hour of placing the order - they denied my cancellation request. They stated the order was already shipped and provided a USPS label that states the item in fact had not shipped yet.

The toy was okay. The suction was fine, but the handle is awkwardly shaped and a bit short. We tried using it as a couple and it was a bit bulky and loud. Not terrible, but not the best for couples play.

My first ever handheld vacuum pump stopped working on the third day and ER got me a full in store credit so I could purchase the battery operated pump. WowZa! What a product!!! It didn’t come with instructions but was easy to figure out after a couple of tries. I’m so jazzed, and so very pumped up!!! Thanks!

Couldn’t speak highly enough about this Company. I emailed them with the issue and they got my replacement order to me in 3 days. As for me, they have a customer for life.

1 screw broke another got stripped..
A screw hole was widened. Asking for a refund now i got to fill out a survey and rate my experience. Lets see what happens.

Like the products although I believe prices to be high compared to others. The return policy for unopened merchandise for store credit only sucks.

Bought the item gates of hell does not work as advertised, they said if it did not work to spread rings, they were all welded shut, product does not work

They sent my order to a different state by accident. FedEx took a picture of someone else’s package on my doorstep to “prove” it arrived, but I didn’t have any package from the company at all. On investigation, the staff argued with me that it was delivered when I explained it wasn’t and fedex got it wrong. I had to talk to 4 different people and tell them the exact same thing to figure out what went wrong. I got so frustrated at it that I just decided to ask for a refund. They refused to give me a refund, said they could either send the package again or I could get store credit. This was my first time using this site, and already spending over $100 on an item that got lost and not get my money back when it’s their fault is crazy! They even told me if I wanted the package sent again, I would still have to pay $50 shipping fee. I’m never using this site again. If you want to avoid the hassle of getting some sexy stuff, drive to an actual local store. At least you know you will have what you want in your hands when you leave. I had to wait 2-3 weeks after I reported the package missing before I got some damn answers. Waste of my time and money. They sent it again and the product sucks. Don’t order from them.
