I was using a credit from a previous purchase and needed to call in to complete it. It went very smoothly.

I purchased an electro/vibrating remote controlled toy, and it is so much fun! I did have an issue with the remote, but I talked to the customer service department, who were extremely helpful, and I was able to get a replacement. I’ve purchased a few items from this company, and I’ve truly enjoyed every one!

XR offers great products and a team of fantastic professionals to help if you ever need any help. One of the best websites for this line of products.

I reached out to customer service and within 24 hours they had found my lost package and shipped a replacement. I always seem to find what I want here. Stuff is well organized, categorized and described. Recommended accessories are good. The product reviews from other customers have always helped a lot for us in deciding what to get. The most recent purchase has truly brought out the wild side in my wife :)

Ordered a few things, for some reason my unit number didn't show up. Never got any product, been waiting almost 2 months for refund or store credit and basically they have stolen over $150 and won't do anything about it. Don't ever order from here, I don't recommend EVER. (Never got product or a refund, they just pissed around and wouldn't do anything.)

I initially had a problem with the condition that my products were in when I received them, all of the boxes were crushed. It was as if something or someone stepped on them during transit crushing them? I believe that this was through the shipping carrier, Fed-Ex? I reached out to Extreme Restraints notifying them of the issue. I was treated with the utmost courtesy & respect! None of the products were in anyway damaged! They went out of their way to rectify the issue in which they did! The representative was very prompt in replying back to my emails. I had the same person through the entire process, I wasn't getting bounced from one person another. In the end they went over & above what I was expecting. They made everything right. I will definitely continue to a lot more business with them because of how I was treated!

I wasn't sure which option to pick from the menu because none of them fit my situation. A very nice young man named Jason, listened to my inquiry and said, " No ma'am, I cannot assist with that, but I will transfer you to someone who can.

Wyatt was the next young man, and he was very kind, understood my concern and need and then gave me 3 options that would suit my need better. He turn an awkward call (for me), into a pleasant and informative experience.
