This shop is excellent and reliable organic grocer, highly recommended . Great prices. I wish they would stock more offal variety and East / south east Asian stuff such as chilli 🌶️, ginger, garlic so I can complete all my shopping in one place.

I've been using Farm Direct for a few years now and love them. Small, friendly team delivering top quality food from UK farms across London. You know exactly where your food is coming from, when it's being delivered, and what's in season thanks to Robert's newsletter (the only email newsletter from a business that I actually read). You don't have to order a box - there's a huge choice of items including veggies, fruit, dairy, meat, fish and shellfish, and larder stuff. All at reasonable prices, too.

Love the quality of the food which comes with minimal packaging and lasts much longer than supermarkets as it's fresher. Also company is lovely, personable and love you can choose what you want to buy. If you like buying local, supporting smaller farmers and eating British this place is for you!

Your produce is always fresh and tasty. However, could a little more care be given to packing items for delivery? On more than one occasion I have had bakery items flattened or slightly damaged by heavier items placed on top of them.

The products are good however there are issues with customer service. 1. when items are missing or a product is not fit for consumption (received a bad cheese), there is no clear process. Emails didn’t do anything. 2. Substitutions are done without asking for consent.

Loved the selection and zero waste - so different to supermarket veggies - worth the extra money. It’s your health and just eating real food makes us feel better.
