So after numerous emails and waiting 9 weeks for my parcel I was absolutely horrified to find that after paying £92 only 1 out of the 2 bags I ordered arrived! Not only that the quality is absolutely shocking and definitely not what is advertised on the website! The tracking system is horrendous and the customer services team are not helpful and completely dismissed my dissatisfaction! This has been a very horrific experience and I will not be purchasing from Femni London again!

If I could rate zero I would. Writing another review as the customer service is shocking and you do get real responses. 6 weeks I have been waiting, this in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 (they have to deliver within 30 days unless a different time frame is agreed upon when purchasing) who knows when my bag will arrive, but I am not holding my breath for any time soon. Also the tracking system is inaccurate

I haven't bought anything, I came across their profile through an ad, and on it a saw a bag that was identic to the bottega pouch. I pointed out that it wasn't on their website so it was so disappointing and annoyng, i mean just change the ad. YOU KNOW WHAT? they not only have deleted my comment (after answering that in was a misunderstang) but ALSO BLOCKED ME. I tell you there is something wrong about this brand, it is a SCAM FOR SURE.

As I live in the US, i waited 4 weeks for my 2 bags i ordered and must I say it was definitely worth the wait. Had a bit of trouble with the tracking site and getting updates on the shipment, but with the help of the customer service staff, they were so quick to respond to my email and immediately updated me. I had ordered the Vegan Alligator Crossbody bag and the Aldon Crossbody. Both are very beautiful and amazing quality. Very cute with every outfit ranging from going out for girls night or just going out for lunch/brunch dates. I will most definitely be buying from Femni again and highly recommend ❤️

My order eventually arrived 4 weeks later but the company were not apologetic and difficult to contact and the delay ruined a birthday gift

Let’s make things clear - ordering from Femni London is the same as ordering from random Chinese webshop. All those “vegan leather” bags are shipped directly from China. This what shocked me when I checked shipping info. That is also why the delivery time is extremely long. If I knew this fact from the beginning, I would never have ordered from this webshop. I honestly thought it’s the UK’s brand.
Second, I did not receive my order at all, which at the end played out nicely for me. I was waiting for 5 weeks & when I checked the shipping tracker, I saw my order made it to Europe, but then was sent back as packaging had some sort of damage.
I immediately contacted customer service asking to cancel my order and send my money back. The good thing - they reacted real quick & I received my money back in a few days after my email. The annoying thing - they deducted the shipment cost. Whatever, I’m just happy I have nothing to do with this shady business.

Although international shipping took longer due to COVID-19, I am absolutely impressed with my bag. I was looking for a brunch bag when I stumbled across Femni and I cannot wait to use my cute purse this weekend 🤍

I ordered Aldon model in Colour Clay from Femni London. It arrived safely and despite covid outbreak - promptly. I am very happy with my bag, it’s great quality, colour and size. I do strongly recommend Femni London and their products. Aldon Clay is amongst my favourite bags now! Best Regards

I ordered my bag weeks ago and still have not received it. The tracking information is false and your sales representatives are very unhelpful. I want to know the status of my order immediately or a refund.

Really happy with my new pouch bag from Femni London.For the longest time I’ve wanted a dupe to the Bottega Veneta but hadn’t came across one. I happened to see the brand on an Instagram ad and usually I’m sceptical about purchasing things from ads, however I couldn’t pass the opportunity to buy something as the bags looked lovely. I checked the website and also reviews, some bad ones too but a lot of the time you just have to take the chance and see for yourself. The good thing is you can pay with PayPal so I knew god forbid if something went wrong it would be dealt with. Thankfully that wasn’t the case !! The bag came very quickly and just in time with me getting my new car lol. Will for sure be buying more of their bags in the near future !!

I bought purse for my wife for her bday, she loved it besides the purse being amazing the customer service is even better, emailed Chris to thank him for the purse and he responded super fast . thank you guys!!

First time ordering from Femni and I love my new purse! Very nice quality & finely detailed. The only thing is the metal handle on my purse came in kinda bent but other than that great experience!
