Upgrade
Ok so this was an upgrade for my daughter and I've never used this appliance before even having been an electrician for 30+ years. I got a great deal from fireplace world had a no hassle experience in delivery to her home address the delivery driver even helped for which I'm extremely grateful for as I live a considerable distance away in the North East and fitted the appliance on a recent visit. We have plans to upgrade her heating using additional appliances of this type from fireplace world. Full marks all around and thank you. The appliance is similarly living up to expectations and the positive reviews are proving valid.

I purchased a bio ethanol burner

Electric fire arrived next morning…
Electric fire arrived next morning after ordering and well packaged.
There was a slight problem with the screws provided to attach the feet being slightly too large for the pre drilled holes, (Adam Helios) so substituted my own.

Really quick delivery and our fire is amazing. The only downside was the delivery company who just left the £500 fire on our doorstep without even knocking (I was in).

Media wall and electric stove purchase
Bought a media wall and electric stove for my new build house. It looks amazing, added so much character and was delivered really quickly. Contacted immediately to arrange the best day to deliver. Only thing was during delivery the driver had no way of getting the pallet off the van - had to unpack it and then get builders on the street to help get it off. Something to feedback to the delivery company!

Lovely fire
Lovely fire. We are really pleased with the style and finish. Looks great on our hearth. The log effect is very realistic and it is perfect for heating our room, especially this time of yesr, before the heating is on. Definitely five stars.
The next day delivery was a bonus and the delivery person was very helpful, polite and friendly.

Fantastic to deal with
Fantastic to deal with. Ordered an Oko S5 bioethanol stove which was the cheapest anywhere online. I could choose my delivery date and the stove arrived right on time. Unfortunately it arrived damaged but i took pictures sent them to Fireplace world and within the hour they had arranged delivery of a new stove and collection of the damaged one. The new stove arrived within 2 days and was in perfect condition. The stove itself is absolutely fantastic and throws out more than enough heat to keep my 5m x 4m summer house very toasty.
