Outstanding!
Great product (ready-to-burn larch 8" logs). Burns evenly and with very little soot. Also at a really good price - so very competitive and makes a big difference in keeping the household heating bills down!
Delivery was prompt and on the day I chose, and the driver was really helpful when it came to moving the big pallet about.

Very helpful and refreshing as an OAP to have personal communication which is 'user-friendly', unlike MANY websites which seem designed for the amusement of their geeky inventors.
Your service has been exceptional. Five gold Stars PLUS.

Delivery was on time and deposited were requested, a bit too many very small pieces in the pack for my liking as they burn rather quickly but apart from that looks good, time will tell when burning them.... Thanks 👍
