THIS IS A SCAM STAY AWAY,THESE IS A SERIOUSLY ORGANISE CRIME ,THEY LURE YOU WITH LOW PRICE OFFERS ,TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT THEN OFFER YOU SOMETHING HIGHER OR DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU WANTED AND THEN TELL YOU IT WAS IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Scammers stay away from this company they are a bunch of thieves from Indian claiming to be based in bournemouth they also operate as kites travel.i booked tickets to Mauritius but they never issued my tickets or refunded my money.spoke to a few guys from the company like Henry,Nancy,John and Anna they are all fictitious names!!!!

Four of us paid deposits for flights with FLIGHTSANDTOURS LIMITED about 2 months ago and have been trying to pay the remainder balance ever since. We had made numerous telephone calls, sent messages on the on-line chat on their web and various emails.

I had to keep asking if the customer services were based in India because even though they have a UK number there were huge difficulties trying to communicate with the company in terms of language and understanding and their phone lines were inconsistent and kept cutting out. Jeff an advisor had told us not to worry and that we had enough time left to make the final payment.

Eventually four weeks ago they gave the excuse that the company’s bank account has been frozen and they were instructed by the bank that no money can be paid in or taken our of the company bank account. We explained that we needed to get our tickets and flight number for visa applications and was told that everyone who had booked with their company was on hold due to the bank account difficulties.

We booked with this company in good faith even though they are not ABTA registered, they said they were in the process of doing so.

In Company's House they were incorporated in January this year, Reg No. 09936343, There does seem to be another flight company also registered at their registered address in Aldershot, Hampshire.

After writing a strong email to them stating that we were going to have to take action under the consumer Credit Act they sent an email saying that because we had not paid in time, our booking had been cancelled. (No mention of their bank accounts being frozen etc why we couldn't make payments).

We will take this further as this seems to be a way of scamming people out of deposits. The last email is written as if it is a scam – The email was written in capital letters no paragraphs etc. I can share the email and correspondence with anyone who wants to view.

The website makes a statement as follows: "You can book your tour with only an initial deposit and pay the rest within 2 days of commencement of the trip".

Jeff and Colleagues backed this up by saying don't worry we have time to pay when we complained about the bank account being frozen. This is not true!!! The payment deadline in small writing is the day you make the initial deposit payment.. It is a SCAM!!
