Very good at sending threatening letters and fines for not paying to park, due to their broken app.

Worst App Ever Used
Yet another parking app to clog my phone up. But this is the worst I have ever encountered. It is totally non user friendly, just garbage. Once your card is registered and you go through all the other questions you need to go through, just to park for 1/2 an hour, to be told that your transaction cannot be completed. Just take cash out if you know you are going to park. I have RingGo and AppyParking, both worked fine and use all the time. Flowbird needs to Fly off. Rubbish.

Initial Parking Running Scam
Tried to download the app at White Moss car park as machine was not taking cash-utterly impossible and gobbled up my credit. Ended up with a £100 fine from Initial parking. Obviously a scam as there were loads of us trying (and failing) to find a way to pay. Very profitable for Initial to keep their machines in poor working order. Don't bother with the app-just use the car park in Grasmere where the machines work properly instead. Initial are running a scam. Don't give money to those thieves.
