Waitrose Rickmansworth

Waitrose Rickmansworth - absolutely useless! Ap never works properly. A complete waste of time!!!! I might as well spend 5 mins waiting for the machine to spit out a paper ticket than waste 1hr stressing at 7am trying to get the ap to work.

The Flowbird app hasn’t worked at…

The Flowbird app hasn’t worked at Horsham Waitrose since December.
On six occasions when I have paid £2.00 with my debit card I have been charged twice by Britannia. There have been twin debits on my bank statement. Britannia refunded the first duplicate £2.00 but are contesting the other payments.
I’ve written to Waitrose, DVLA and the parking body BPA. None of these bodies can do anything. Waitrose comment was that they could understand why I would park and shop elsewhere! I’m currently in discussion with Britannia about refunds but I’ve said I’m more interested in them sorting out Flowbird and the duplicate charge than the refund.

Har försökt vid många tillfällen

Har försökt vid många tillfällen. Av alla parkeringsappar är denna den sämsta. Vid ett tillfälle. Har jag lyckats. I de flesta fall blir jag sittande en halvtimme och försöker få ordning på den utan resultat. Just nu fick jag mail om ett misstänkt bedrägeriförsök efter som jag försökt logga in så många gånger och rådet att återställa lösenordet. Det gick förstås inte. Julaftonskväll och inte jättesugen att att slåss med en psrkeringsapp. Lyckades hitta en annan parkering längre bort med en app som fungerar. Örebro, Ställ funktionskrav på era upphandlingar.

You guys fing suck

You guys fing suck. I live in NYC and you just took over our cities parking app but you signed everyone out and made us sign up with new accounts and now I’m frozen out. Your customer service said they would reach out soon but it’s been 2 weeks and now I cannot park in a metered space

Världens sämsta företag!

Världens sämsta app. Den fungerar inte på nåt steg. Ringer kundservice som ger mig olika alternativ med att radera appen, prova webbläsaren och till sist testa via annan dator istället för med telefonen. Inget fungerar. Har lagt 1 timme på skiten och de ber mig betala med swisch. Får ingen kompensation för detta heller. Hur sjukt att kommunen har upphandlat med den sämsta appen och servicen någonsin?

Con artists as others have said. I have used plenty of other parking apps with no problems even during the same holiday in the Lakes. Came home to find a £100 fine reduced to £30 if paid straight away. I had paid for all time parking but was charged whilst registering with the app!!! I contested through Popla who sided with the PCN. I now owe £170. Happy Holidays!!!!

Paid for parking using said app even have proof coming out of bank nothing on the app and now solicitors are being involved through flowbird for £170.
Will not be using this app again absolute horrendous company avoid like the plague

If I could give zero stars I would. Like the previous reviewer, I am one of the people in Worcester who has had multiple payments taken from both my credit card account and current account. In my case it amounts to roughly £72 however many have had far greater amounts taken. Worcester City Council advised us that refunds would start being processed from 10th October however it now seems that the council may have to resort to legal action as refunds have yet to be processed. Apalling "!

Flowbird over charged people parking in…

Flowbird over charged people parking in Worcester multiple times, some over £600. I was over charged by £80 on the 1st September. Check the press coverage for Worcester car parking over the last month. Now we here that the local council is struggling to get everyone’s money back from Flowbird.

Such a scam, con artists.

Such a scam. I tried parking at Sennen Cove top car park, but the machines were broken so I was left with Flowbird to park. The app had a bug whilst downloading, the sign up process took 10 minutes. I paid for parking, but a network error occurred. I then paid again, for an extra 2 hours, so 4 hours total, then it took it, it confirmed I paid, and I got an email receipt too. Yet, I got a fine of £60, £100+ if I didn't pay within 2 weeks. Their customer service is dismal. I tried contacting them via phone and they put the phone down on me! The cheek. Yet, that's typical of a Shark company, they don't care. They'll scam and take your money. Cornwall needs to do better and just use Ringgo.

Stay away at all costs.

I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. The app said my payment had not been put through as no network connection. So I paid at the machine. On checking my bank account the app payment had been taken. I emailed the company as the telephone person I spoke to said it was the only way to get in touch and claim my payment back. A week later I am still waiting for a reply!😡

App didn’t work but still took my money:(

Tried to pay for parking but it wouldn’t go through due to lack of connection so I paid at the machine instead. Later realised my card has still been charged £8.90 but no parking session was started on the app. Contacted customer services who said they would investigate and have still heard nothing back after two weeks.

Terrible parking app

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. Usually when I try to use the app an error message comes up saying flowbird has encountered an problem. My last attempt was the worse. We parked at Porlock Weir Somerset. I tried to use the flowbird app, but the error message came up when I tried to pay. I tried three more times, but the error message came up every time. I gave up with flowbird and scanned my card instead. This worked immediately, and was cheaper than flowbird.
When I looked at my bank statement, I found that flowbird had charged me four times for parking at the car park at exactly the same time. A total of £8.60. I contacted fliwbird, but have not had a reply. I have now deleted the app, and will never use their service again.

Won't useFlow bird

The site wouldn't work, customer support couldn't do anything, now I spent an hour trying pay parking. I ended up with a 15.00 dollar ticket which I'm disputing. Came back the next day and was more than happy to pay some guy 10 bucks for all day parking.

Riktigt dålig app

Riktigt dålig app. Lyckad man starta en parkering så går den inte att stoppa. Om andra funktioner i samhället fungerat lika dåligt så hade de inte fått finnas kvar.
