First time I had used this service & I have to be honest, I was nervous in doing so. Rang 30mins beforehand as instructed and was greeted on entrance to the drop off car park, no issue. Upon return, I rang whilst collecting the bags as instructed and was advised it would take 10-15 mins as it was busy which it was. My car arrived at the car park at the exact time as advised. No issues at all and cheaper than Silver Zone which I’ve used so many times with zero issues but were fully booked for this trip. I would use again but do prefer the added security of Silver Zone.

If you like risk, uncertainty and non-existent service, go right ahead...

On our return to Bristol Airport in the early hours we phoned from the airport building, and were told there'd be 'a short delay' in returning our car. Not sure why: incoming flights are supposed to be tracked.

We then waited 40mins with two kids, in the rain, for an unapologetic driver to turn up. He proceeded to tell us that he'd said to call again when we'd got our bags. When my wife (CEO of a major charity), who'd made the first call, told him that he'd said no such thing, he loudly called her 'a liar'. Other people waiting for their cars looked quite shocked.

The car was very damp, had mud and grass in the footwells, smelt like a 40-a-day tramp had slept in it, and was mysteriously close to empty on fuel. Conclude from that what you will.

Like many others posting here I wish I'd read the reviews first. If you like risking your car with a company that doesn't act with any measure of professionalism, go right ahead.

Do not use this company. Beware ..... our car was driven almost 50 miles whilst we were away. Items were removed from the back seat to the boot (presumably to sit people in the back seats) and the car had stale smoke residues (we don't smoke).

First time I had used Forge, both drop off and pick up worked brilliantly for us. Polite, punctual, half the price of the equivalent airport offering. Will definitely use in future.

I was about to book their service through the website called wwwcompareairportparkingscouk where this company has 5 stars, but luckily I decided to search for more reviews and I found out its not a reliable company or service provided for quite few different reasons. I ever would use their service.

Drop off was good as they were waiting to collect like they said they would be. collection was terrible though. said they be 15-20 minutes, but in the end it was almost an hours wait at 4am. they didn't keep us updated, we had to call for updates / find out why they were taking so long. not an efficient service.

Real bad customer experience with that company. They ask you firmly cash for an unexpected extension due to Flight delayed for one more day. When I landed I had to find an ATM in the airport but I hadn't the exact amount therefore I called them to make sure they can handle it. After a long wait for more than 30min, I collected my car which, I discovered after has been damaged on the steering wheel. The driver asked me the cash. I let him £20 expecting him to give me back £10 (he was aware of that as I called him before). He informed me that he hadn't change so the boss would transfer the difference. Obviously, no bills even though I asked for it...
So far, I am still waiting...no contact, no answer to my texts, no calls.
Avoid this company, they seems to not be honest at all.
Im starting to suspect that the positive comments in other websites are not from customers...

There was a minor incident with our car whilst away, Drew dealt with it with such proficiency, professionalism and kindness I can’t fault them at all.
We delivered our car and they were waiting, on collection they were waiting. It was a very smooth transition and efficient, good value service.

Yet to respond to my two emails, the actual handover was relatively fine, however, they seem to have used my car whilst I've been gone! Upon handover my back seats were lowered and my parcel shelf removed. It's a new car so I know I've never put down these seats myself. It looks like they've used my car to taxi someone else and their luggage?? Not at all happy and will be escalating further unless a plausible explanation can be provided.

I have just booked for an impending trip to France. I was a bit annoyed when the headline price was increased by an admin charge of £1.95 but given the time spent on the computer I reluctantly accepted that uplift. Having booked I then received an email saying there would be a further charge of £6.00 payable on my return to get the car out of the airport. I have now read previous reviews and am wondering if I have booked cowboys. I will supply a further review on my return from France.

Drop off okay, although had to prove the price I booked parking for even though it was via their website. Was told to call for pick up when we had collected bags and got to the drop off zone. They said they'd be 15 mins, was rung back to say they couldn't locate our car as had parked it in another place so would be a further 15 mins. We waited over 40 mins in the cold with kids at 4am after delayed flight, so was not happy as they should have been expecting our flight! Next time will pay that bit extra for a transfer that doesn't keep you waiting the time it takes for us to drive home!

although cheaper than a normal meet and greet there's a very good reason why. We rang the number provided when we arrived but was stood for 25 minutes waiting when they said they were around the corner. Was then informed we needed to give them £6 for them to get out the car park but not very clearly stated. The man was very rude and kept complaining to us about how rubbish his job is and that the owner takes all the money for himself! On collection we rang twice telling them we were on way to the car park and we were told he would be 10 minutes. 35 minutes later in the cold with a crying baby they decided to turn up. I rang and asked for a chase up and he said oh yeah sorry we've had a couple of other cars to do first. Should of informed us of this before leaving us in the cold for half an hour. The communication is dreadful and both members of staff were rude. Not to mention the way he was driving my car, revving the engine round the corners like he was in a race car. Not professional, spend more money and use the airport meet and greet service. Just avoid them.

I haven't booked - some of these reviews were worrying. I went on to their website and there is a mobile number. Went to chat on Whatsapp and didn't think the profile picture portrayed a very professional attitude!

Such an easy experience we had using this company. Friendly and professional. I will defo use them again.

Still an excellent, painless and reasonably priced alternative to parking at Bristol airport.

Again they picked up the phone quickly and told us when they would be ready to pick up the car. Remember the driver needs 6 pound to get out of the Bristol drop-off car park.

We arrived early after our hols, but 10 mins after we rang, the car was in the drop-off area ready for pickup.

Driver was polite and car returned as expected.

Seems the 'new' management have got a grip and maintained a brilliant service.

First time using meet & great at Bristol. Was an easy drop off and also pick up of my car on return. Would definitely use again and also recommend!

Great value, courteous and efficient service. We entered the wrong phone number, one call to Forge sorted. Met at drop off as expected. Entered wrong return time (do check your flight return time!) and they sorted the return of our car in 20 mins. As far as i'm concerned a good value option.
