On my return to Bristol I called and was told my car would be at the drop and go in 5mins. After waiting 30mins in the cold and rain ( 1am) I called again to be informed that he was delayed as there was a problem with my car. The drivers window had been left open and the seat was soaking wet and he had been trying to dry out the seat. Obviously I was very disappointed and had used a meet and greet service to I could get away quickly from the airport. When the driver eventually arrived he was apologetic and had put a towel on the seat and said he had reported it to the manager and that someone would be in touch. I noticed the car was covered in debris and pointed it out - it looks like mud. He advised me it was only leaves as it had been parked under a tree. When I got in the car it was absolutely soaked. The seat , footwell and surrounding area. It also had tree debris and bird poo on the seat. To say the least I was very cross but it was early hours of the morning and just wanted to get home. Arrived home with a wet bottom, back and thighs just what I needed . The next day when I went to my car to go to work, I saw in daylight the full extent of the damage to my car. It was still soaked inside, it smelt damp and I had to sit on a plastic sheet and a dry towel to ensure I didn’t end up with wet clothes and there was lots of bird poo on the seat and one the exterior. I use my car for work and pride myself on keeping my car clean and in good condition. I contacted by email the agency I booked the service through and explained the problem I had. They very kindly offered me a refund of 30% and advised me to contact Forge directly to see if I could get some more compensation. I emailed them on that day but no response yet.Two days on my car is still damp and smells , the seat is drying out slowly but is leaving stains. My car needs a full valet by a professional company to restore it to the condition it was before I left it with them. I am really angry and thought potential customers should be aware of this terrible service.

Collection of the car was late which made it stressful to get through customs. My car is kept immaculate on the inside and this was returned yesterday with wet tea stains, excessive dirt, mud and straw covered on three of the floor mats. Driver had no respect for my car at all.

Forge Meet and Greet Bristol Airport was an absolute disaster on return to the airport. Phoned as requested 25-30 mins prior to collection, told to phone back 10 mins before due out, done that. Got outside, waited 15 mins phoned back, told 5 more minutes. Guy phones me back saying he's sitting in my car behind me and flashing lights on the car, still not my car. The guy jumps out of a top of the range, £75K black 2019 Range Rover and walks over to me and says there's your car mate and walked about 50 metres out of the car park, i shouted over at him and I said are you sure this is mine? He said of course and continued walking away. I had to chase after him and tell him that my car was a Ford Focus and not a Range Rover. The comedy never stopped there either. Instead of taking us back in the Range Rover, he drove back himself and picked up a different car for a different customer. He was then picked up by a mini bus that still left me and my son standing in the freezing cold. You really couldn't have made this story up and to make it worse the guy didn't give a toss either, just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. My only regret is not taking the registration of the Range Rover that was being gifted to me so that i could have thanked the previous unknowing owners. Wind the clock back 20 years and in my mid 30's, I'd have taken the swap 🤣. Do not use this expensive, farcical service.

The whole experience left me feeling uneasy.
It seems to be one man running everything and upon return my car had an excessive amount of mileage put on it.
I do not trust this service at all.

NO service was provided. We booked well in advance for 21 Aug 2022 - they did not answer the phone on the day at all - we have been calling them for 45 minutes before the arrival. No one came to pick the car up! So disappointed. So much stress before the flight! Requested a refund - no response so far. 2 month later no one contacted us even to apologise for not delivering the service.

Never use this company - they could not be trusted!

Used to be a reliable service. I have used them a dozen times. But last time they totally failed me. We were going to Vienna on the 21th of August. Forge did not pick up the phone. We called them 5-6 time on the way to the airport. Eventually, we just had to find an alternative parking.

I paid for FORGE MEET AND GREET BRISTOL to meet me at the airport and collect my car. I paid for 14 days parking. They say to call when you are 30 mins away so they can meet you there. Well after 29 phone calls from my wife and 7 calls from me ( total 36 calls with messages to call back) we had no response. We even went into the drop of point to see if they were there in case their phone had died or something. No one was there to meet us. I even had one of the other meet and greet companies that were there phone them as they knew them. They also went to answer phone.
In the End we were forced to put our vehicle in the long stay car park as this was the only option available. After our holiday I collected my vehicle and paid the £255.00 for the privilege. I left emails as well as the phone calls and still after 18 days had not one response. Fortunately I will be taking this to my credit card company to seek a full refund since FORGE MEET AND GREET are not responding.
Please never use this company.

Booked a meet and greet on their website and got no confirmation or anything, Tried to contact by phone and did not get a reply, left a message, and this was multiple times and this is the phone number they use for arriving at the airport for your meet and greet. Tried to email and got non reply to about 5 emails. Read really scary reviews on other sites so tried to cancel well before the booked date. There are no terms and conditions or any legal requirements presently on their website. As at time of writing this email no refund has been received which I am trying to get back though Paypal and up to this date they have never contacted me in any way. This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
