Claire has been instrumental in putting together a realistic retirement plan without judgement. Following the initial setting up my assets under QROPS as a UK expat in Ireland with advice from Robert Harris in 2015, I've had consistently good and professional advice from Forth with Scott Heaney more recently acting as my advisor from late 2020. I was first introduced to Forth Capital in Geneva in 2008 when I was residing and working in Switzerland. Dean Elliott patiently guided me through the QROPs process which was a big step from my previous final salary-based pension. The invested funds went through a rocky period in the immediate period after 2008 but in the long term the return has proved robust.
I moved back to the UK in 2017 during which period the contact rather lapsed. However, Jamie Tulip picked up the contact and has proved a reliable, responsive and patient advisor in restructuring my investment/savings/pension portfolio consistent with my newly retired UK status. He has particularly focussed on optimising taxable investment gains using my non-UK residential period. I am pleased to recommend his services.
