The product is really easy to use, and suits my purpose perfectly. The support is also extremely helpful and human agents are on hand to talk you through any problems or questions you may come across to give you a very quick and easy to follow resolution.

I would highly recommend this service. It is a great way to do your staff payroll, particularly like me who has a small business. There's no need to pay for an accountant to do the same job. Also, the advisors are very helpful if you get stuck. An advisor named Cri, got me out of a bind, giving me clear and excellent advice when I got stuck.

I've just started using Collegia FreePayroll. I am using the free version and it is simple to use and does everything I need. I had some issues transferring over from my previous provider and the customer service has been excellent. They have fixed all the problems that I created in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this software.

Made quite a daunting task somewhat easier and having the chat to guide is really helpgul when have questions. The free version is enough for our needs and once all setup makes the task easier

Whenever I need any advice or help, I use the messaging system and always get excellent advice and the information I need.
The software is very easy to use and links up with HMRC, which is perfect for me, one less thing to do. Also the pension contributions is another weight off my mind as they have all that sorted too.
My most recent help was today 09.03.26, I needed a specific report and Eduardo was brilliant, super helpful and really quick replying especially at 17:15 UK

Honestly, most payroll software is very jargon-heavy. This business has it spot on. Been using them for over a year and everything is made super simple. Even the complicated stuff, somebody is on a webchat in minutes. For all small business owners, save the costs, use this software.

And even upgrading to the pro version is well worth it for the holidays/absence tracking

Have been using Collegia (the free version) for about a year now and it’s been great. Any problems are quickly resolved by great customer support (email/webchat).
The pension side of payroll is so much easier. Having used Nest previously, Collegia take care of it all, ensuring full compliance without any worries on my part.

I have never done any accounting or bookkeeping , and the software is self explanatory. When stuck on something staff are very patient and helpful, and will guide you through the process.
I would have given 5 stars but I am old fashioned and would have loved to talk to someone as well instead of online chat only
