Megan and Liam have made the switch seemless.
So far, so good.The switch over of my Domain name and the new site develpment has been seemless. I am happy to say that all worries/concerns that I had about changing from one company to another (freestart), have been smoothed away by them.

Prompt, friendly and professional support
Moving from another supplier, and looking to take on the responsibility for performing the maintenance of the website ourselves. Great service
Love this company as they do what they say. There is no hard sell and they have a genuine interest in their clients.
I have been dealing with Megan Freeman, who built my website. She did a brilliant job and is always available for advice.
The after sales care is great unlike other companies who just want to sell their product then leave you to flounder.
I would recommend freestart to anyone wanting a website.

Great Experience
This Is my second website with Freestart, this time I had a domain but needed a completely new website, I provided text and photos and here we are again another new bright website for my other business.
I would recommend freestart to any one who needs a website for a small business. The team are great to deal with. Well done! You all deserve a gold star.

The service was professional and efficiently carried out.
The Freestart web design concept is comparatively easy to understand and customer support service, paramount to back up any on going issues, knowledgeable and very friendly.
There is an inherent issue with the new platform, in my opinion, that is the inability to enlarge a product to view it as an individual item. My business is selling photographic prints and the new hover facility does very little to enable a potential customer to view an image larger in full detail.
The e-commerce facility works very well and provides a detailed email confirmation of any new order placed.
In terms of value for money I would rate Freestart very highly.

getting greedy
we have been with Freestart for few years, i wont say anything about all the delay in doing what they said will do after taken money as most of you know what i mean, also I wont say anything about the phone calls we get to get more money for all sort .
.My problem is I only wanted to go with freestart as they told me I can upload my listing from Ebay to site direct which it worked for about 4 months then stopped, after many called was promised it will be sorted, anther 6 months gone and more payment made by me for anther better website, phone app, etc etc etc etc etc don't mind paying as long as I get what I want. last straw was today , a call from a very nice lady saying yes Ebay listing can be done now but we want £700 a site ( I have two sites with freestart )
again I must say I only chose you freestart because you told me I can upload my shop on ebay so why do I have to pay £1400.
very disappointed and feeling let down

I have been impressed with Freestart's quick, friendly and efficient service. Amy Connah in particular helped me a great deal to set up my new website. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I am very happy with the result.

Happy in the end
Originally had a website with Wix - where I built my own site and I could make changes as and when.
I was called by Freestart and decided to give them a go. It took a while to get the website looking how I wanted it to. It has been a bit strange having to get used to not being able make changes as I please.
Megan has been brilliant persevering with me until I felt my site was right.. brilliant support, quick and fast replies when needed.

Service Levels
Been with them for some time but since they got larger their service has declined except for regular calls to add another service or a charge for adding something. Have fell off the chart and they are now asking for fees for optimisation, Facebook entry, mobile phone apps etc ..As well as a charge for upgrading to a template used by newer customers
Have advised I want to go to another smaller supplier where I can get a contact to speak to and am now informed that they want £25.00 per domain to transfer , which was not the case when I left the last company to go to them.
Will have to contact nominet to get advice as I am led to understand that they are permitted to make a nominal charge but not multiply it for every domain.

Changeover of website
Liam was very helpful and explained very well. I was a little disappointed with the draft sent through which had not taken on any of my comments. This has to be re-done several times by the design section. The price offered is very competitive and I look forward to seeing how we perform since changing from another provider.

Ecstatic over my new website
I am over the moon with my new website, once I saw the website up and running I had a grin like a Cheshire cat. The team at freestart were great and very patient with me with all of my questions. We have used Freestart for 10 years now. They host our website & last year built us a new website which is wonderful. Any problems I have had they have they have sorted. Great service many thanks.

I was cold called and totally mislead.
I received a call from this company telling me they could save me money on my website, after several calls I eventually gave my card details to the salesman and I was told that I had a 28 day cooling of period. Then a few days later I telephoned to request cancellation and a refund, I was told that I should send my request by email which I promptly done, I then received a phone call to ask why I wanted to cancel. I explained and was told my refund would be processed. Two weeks later I called again only to be told that I did not cancel within the 72 hour cancellation period so I am not entitled to a refund. I am now contacting trading standards as this is totally a con.

Very Un Happy
Freestart are the worst company to deal with, you call them, they do not bother to call you back, totally un interested in you as a customer.
They have held my card details without my consent, and removed £180 from my account, without a letter or email, or invoice.
I called them , and the manager is to busy, to call back, emailed admin still nothing .
I am cancelling my web store , and now seeking advise from trading standards and the FSA .
Think before you use them
Will use social media to sprees the word
29/10 2015 As of today our website is still live , had a email from freestart admin on the 1st Oct saying the site will be cancelled. Its still live, with customers trying to order goods.
Freestart do not do as they say...rubbish service.
