Nakomen van garantieafspraken
Nakomen van garantieafspraken — zeer slechte service
Wij hebben bij Frozen Brothers een ijsmachine gekocht met 2 jaar garantie, waarvan 1 jaar extra betaald is. De machine is al meerdere keren defect geweest. Wij hebben meerdere keren gebeld en gemaild — er werd steeds beloofd terug te bellen en op te lossen, maar tot op heden is er niemand gekomen en niets opgelost.
Nu zeggen zij dat zij niet meer samenwerken met het merk en ons doorverwijzen naar de fabrikant. Maar onze overeenkomst en betalingen zijn aan Frozen Brothers gedaan — zij moeten hun garantie nakomen. Zij verschuiven de verantwoordelijkheid en komen hun afspraken niet na. Dit is zeer onprofessioneel en onacceptabel. Ik hoop dat zij hun verplichtingen alsnog nakomen en ons helpen voordat wij verdere stappen ondernemen.

Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw feedback met ons te delen. Het spijt ons zeer te horen over uw ervaring. We begrijpen uw frustratie en betreuren de situatie.
Helaas is Frozen Brothers op verzoek van Carpigiani zelf niet langer bevoegd om ondersteuning te bieden voor Carpigiani-apparatuur. Dit geldt ook voor werkzaamheden die onder de garantie vallen.
We hadden u graag rechtstreeks geholpen, maar zijn door deze omstandigheden helaas niet in de gelegenheid om dit te doen. Zoals eerder aangegeven, verzoeken wij u vriendelijk om rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met Carpigiani. Zij zijn momenteel verantwoordelijk voor de benodigde technische ondersteuning en eventuele garantieservice.
Daarnaast hebben wij uw verzoek ook rechtstreeks doorgestuurd naar Carpigiani, in de hoop dat dit zal bijdragen aan een spoedige oplossing.
We begrijpen dat dit niet de uitkomst is waarop u had gehoopt en betreuren het ongemak dat deze situatie met zich meebrengt. We willen benadrukken dat het feit dat wij u niet kunnen helpen, niet voortkomt uit een gebrek aan bereidwilligheid, maar het gevolg is van omstandigheden waarop wij geen invloed hebben.
