Disappointed, wouldn’t shop here again.
Updated review: Found a style of chair I loved at FW Homestores after looking for a few years. Had a great buying experience with people in store. Chair was delivered in 1-2 weeks as discussed. After 1 day the seat fabric puckered but I was told it would settle down which is fine. I also noticed one of the chair arms was attached on at an angle which created a small gap at the front and a dent in the side of the upholstery of the chair because of the angle. I went into store to check the other chairs to see if it was just me being picky but none of the other chairs in store had this issue. I then asked if I could exchange for another chair (same style just one without the arm at an angle) and was told to contact the service department who could sort it out for me no problems. The service department then said that because it didn’t cause any structural issues that they wouldn’t do anything other than a £40 payment so I’d keep the chair. I’ve been looking for a chair like this for so long I didn’t really feel like I had any other options so accepted the £40 and now have a chair I’m pretty happy with but I’m really disappointed about the whole experience. Due to this I probably won’t shop here again because I don’t trust the quality of products.

Caerphilly Store
Visited the Caerphilly store . All the staff are friendly. Andrew dealt with our purchase of a new sofa set and some dining furniture. He was very informative and helpful. Would definitely purchase from the store again. All the stock is of excellent quality, and the prices are reasonable.

Our first visit to FW Home in…
Our first visit to FW Home in Barnstaple. We were acknowledged immediately by the friendly staff, assistance was offered, but we were happy to browse at this point. We were impressed by the range of furniture and choice in the store. On having made some choices we were assisted by Alex. Alex was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to help us make a decision. Thank you. We look forward to receiving our furniture. Will definitely recommend this store.

Very polite staff
Went into Barnstaple store on the 1st September, after seeing a wardrobe I wanted online. It was my first time in the store, and Alex was very friendly professional and polite. He answered the questions I had about the product and delivery, which resulted in me purchasing the wardrobe. Overall a very good shopping experience and excellent customer service.

genuine supportive shopping experience
We were served by Alex at the Barnstaple store. The service was great- we had some time on our own to have a look then he came and chatted through our options, gave us some information and comparisons. He was super helpful, made us laugh and was patient. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all- just a genuine supportive shopping experience
