My contract renewal was due. Marcos clearly explained the options and discussed the new contract terms. He was very polite and informative. Can't fault the service provided by Gigaclear. Adrian Baker.

I called as our contract was up for renewal. Liam was excellent, he was knowledgeable, helpful, able to answer all my questions and provide a competitive quote for a further 18 month contact. He also put me in touch with the operations team to sort out a worrying cabling issue. Many thanks Liam.

Sam in technical support was on the phone to me for nearly an hour. He not only sorted out all my technical issues but also helped me with some extra stuff which he absolutely didn't have to do. Really appreciated his time, thank you.

When I phoned to renew my contract, I spoke to a staff member called Marcos. He made the process seem very easy and was very helpful. My options were explained clearly and I came away with a new 18 month contract, content and happy with the monthly payments. The process was efficient and straight forward.

I can't fault Gigaclear. Excellent service. The one incident when it did go down due to road works, their great advisor, Bailey, gave me great tech support over the phone and via email until I was back up and running again.
A fantastic service.

ALTHOUGH Speeds are good but thats where it stops after sales is poor they are closed at weekends so any issues cant be resolved. Pricing although initially looks fair it soon changes after the intial peroid and not by small amount i started at £16 per month and now paying £56 for slower package only use gigaclear as alast resort

I first joined Gigaclear as there were not many options where I lived. However, service has been reliable and fast, communication has been excellent (I have only ever needed to speak with an engineer once in 4 years) and when I needed to speak about my new contract, Gigaclear were brilliant and being competitive with other providers. I am very happy.
Gigaclear, I also was to praise the call handler I spoke with recently but I do not know their name. They were brilliant. Very polite and accommodating.
