Found i had a connection problem, I called gigaclear and spoke with Rosie, who sorted the problem out quick quick, she even called me back to check everything was working fine, thank you Rosie A1 service, best decision ever to go with gigaclear, highly recommended

We benefit from a free connection to our Village Hall which provides essential connectivity for many of our users. The connection was installed free of charge (important for a small charity) and has been very reliable and provides ultrafast connectivity - important in a village with relatively poor mobile phone signal. This is a generous gesture by Gigaclear and really helps the community.

First visit they dug up my lawn and had a problem, there was a blockage on the roadside and filled it back in . 2nd visit dug it up again played a cable, then found another blockage. The grass area they doug up had locks sitting on top and not fixed up. In the mean time I keep getting text messages saying they will be coming on weekend to fit wires in the house. Impossible if they are not connected on the road. I have had my Internet service terminated by bt as they gigaclear were supposed to have finished, I have been told it will take 21 days with isreally bad as I work from home. Do not believe a word they say. Wish I had never left BT

Joshua, from the Gigaclear support team contacted me within less than hour of my email.
He was very polite, clear and concise with everything he said and when he did not know the answer to one of my questions, immediately sourced the answer from his management.
Great Company, great product, great customer service.

Thomas was friendly and communicated very clearly. When he had any problems or needed advice he explained very clearly what was going on. He was also very patient as I read through the two documents that he sent me. My reading is slow, but there was also a lot of unnecessary duplication between the two documents. I think that Thomas is a real asset to Gigaclear and should go far.

Worst service provider ever. Stay away!!!
Tried to Book in a service for install in January.
Never showed up
Rescheduled for Feb2026 - didnt show up again
Rescheduled for April 2 2026 - said that there was an issue and didn’t book us in
Reacheduled for April 21 2026 - same thing
They do not respect their customers - do not trust the 5 star and 4 star reviews. Absolutely garbage

First of all I would just like to say what fantastic service I have received from gigaclear this past 18 months, absolutely faultless, thank you.
Contract up for renewal in May, so I decided to ring to see what they could do to reduce my payment,I spoke with kaitlyn and she offered me a great discount of £15 ( Thank you so much)she was so polite, courteous and efficient.
What a credit to your company, thank you.

Had a great conversation with Manasseh, he was able to offer me a great deal as my 18 month broadband contract with gigaclear was coming an end.
Very happy with their customer service skills and how I was able to clearly understand all terms and conditions.

Such an intelligent pro active group of people. It really does feel like you are talking to a member of friendly family firm and not a fast growing national service provider . They talk my language which is pretty basic . So pleased we moved to Gigaclear
