Customer service is friendly but unreliable because after speaking to 3 different customer reps over the space of a week I have been told different delivery days each time. Very frustrating when you live in an area with no signal and are reliant on wifi.

Great experience to renew contract. John from customer loyalty was very helpful and talked me through my options before I made my decision. Great to get an outstanding renewal price and so pleased Gigaclear were the best option.

Joseph Cornish attended a fault at our house, he spent all day sorting it out most of which was sitting in the rain and he did not leave until it was all sorted. He was polite, informative and helpful and was a credit to Gigaclear.

Joined Gigaclear and have been very impressed with the quality of service - zero disruption. Our renewal email came through and it was a hefty price difference to our introductory offer. I phone the customer helpline and asked if anything could be done on our renewal price, John the agent actually came back with a price better than what I had hoped for. Amazing company that values existing customers and great customer service representative supporting customer retention.

Have used Gigaclear for 18 months and as my wife is disabled we need a dependable phone system and power cut battery back up. Had a serious shock when renewal notice came through. Increase even without loyalty discount was nearly 100%. Took a serious look at going back to FTTC as do not really use the 300 mps speeds that Gigaclear provide (at 80 we do not do much gaming). Had a good talk with their customer services about our low speed and dependable phone requirement. We came to an agreement for renewing an 18 month contract based on same use levels. Their offer was much more in line with our expectations and very welcome for a pensioner.

I was looking for renewal deals and my advisor Shoaib Araf was brilliant.
He was very polite and courteous and clarified any questions I had.
He went through all the options that match my requirements and managed to get me a good deal.
