I spoke with Shoaib ahead of my contract coming to an end. My options were explained to me in an informative and non-pressured manner. I had some reservations as the price was slightly dearer than expected, but Shoaib was able to reduce it to a price that I was happy with. Not had anything other than good experiences with Gigaclear and it's staff and would happily recommend them.

Kaitlyn was very helpful. With her help, my contract was renewed at an acceptable discounted rate. I have the 400 mbs wifi version supplied, which is great for us.

Kaitlyn was very helpful. Our contract ended and price had jumped up massively. Kaitlyn offered a reduced amount equivalent to other providers' rates for attracting new customers without any quibbling, so I was happy to stay as service and speeds have been great with Gigaclear

Contacted gigaclear as my internet died & they sent out an engineer Joseph Cornish to help.
Joe was fantastic, he figured out the problem in seconds & quickly sought to resolve the problem.
Not only was Joe great at fixing the problem, he was also very friendly & personable & quite honestly, a pleasure to deal with.
I am really pleased with the service from gigaclear & Joe is a real asset to them & a brilliant example of what great customer service looks like!

Phoned to discuss my bill. The girl I spoke to was lovely. Very keen to help and coped with my annoyance about the actual fibre optic service we are receiving.

This was the first full fibre service I signed up to, 18 months ago. During that time there have been a couple of little niggles but they were sorted quickly and efficientally. The service has been spot on, speeds as advertised. The routers let them down sometimes as not the best kit for coverage.
Thomas from their loyalty department has been great. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Called up to review my options at the end of the initial contract term. Was dealt with by Lucy who was calm, informed and very personable and who explored a wide range of options until we found one to agree on. Thankyou Lucy...renewing a contract was a lovely and entirely pain free experience!
