I’ve been with gigaclear 18 months and had no real problems.

Called up as my contract was coming to an end. Spoke to a sales advisor who was very helpful and managed to offer a competitive price for renewal which I accepted.

Excellent customer service - Lucy listened to my concerns and found a good solution.

The service is good and the people are very helpful but the contract renewal process is SO painful. Why do they send an email saying the price will go up by 50% when, talking to their staff, they say that's only if you don't renew and don't cancel ie pay monthly? It would be so much easier for everyone if they just said something like: "your price will go up to £X if you don't renew your contract but if you do, we've looked at the market and can offer you a £Y discount making your new contract payment £Z". Gigaclear, take a leaf out of the good motor insurance book and just give me a reasonable renewal figure I can just agree to, or do you just like the sport of trying to trick me into paying more?

Bailey was excellent, very nice person to talk to. Very helpful and got me a discount on my broadband. 10/10 for both Bailey and Scarlett for their help today.

Thomas in retentions was quick and to the point. Very happy with Gigaclear so staying another 18 months.

Spoke with Thomas as our contract was up for renewal and would have been significantly more expensive than other providers. Thomas politely and quickly worked on a resolution that both sides can be happy with.

Contract was about to increase significantly after initial 18 mths. Spoke with Justine in retention team who laid out the options and pricing, clearly and efficiently. Ultimately we came to a price that was acceptable for an appropriate package.Not sure Gigaclear should describe it as customer loyalty offer given they charge less for a new customer but top marks to Justine.

Communication was easy and clear.
The agent was helpful and explained 'things' well.

Received a call from data retention as my contract is due for renewal. Renewal price was quite some increase but have agreed a renewal price holding the same price I currently pay.
