Fibre (FTTP) has just gone live in my village. We had two visits, the first to install the overhead fibre cable and the installers were fantastic and placed the cable in the perfect place on request. This made the second visit really seamless. The second engineer visit was brilliant, amazing attention to detail, took the time to do an incredible job, so tidy and did it all in great time. All the engineers that visited had a great attitude and were incredibly helpful.
We have slightly more than the speeds we’re paying for, the value is excellent, the speed is amazing and so far the service has been impeccable (latency is spot on too). Can’t recommend enough!

Phoned customer services the end of my contract and had a great conversation with the customer assistant, who was very helpful in discussing my renewal quote and agreeing a satisfactory outcome

After the shock of a new, substantially higher price for the next 18 months, it was pleasant to speak to an agent following a 20 minute wait on the phone.
Lucy understood immediately why I was calling and gave a clear explanation of all the possible remedies. She has a beautifully clear speaking voice in contrast to the majority of agents I have to deal with. Without any fuss or delay she found a solution to my problem and a satisfactory solution was agreed. The administrative process was handled efficiently, a covering email sent and received and I was happy with the outcome.

I have been with Gigaclear from the minute it was installed to all the houses in our hamlet and I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful, very patient and understanding of what I need and explaining it in the way I totally understand. Anil was brilliant and I had every confidence in his advice. Unlike a lot of firms nowadays, you can always get through to an actual person at Gigaclear should you need to, which is actually very rare. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my internet provider.

Very friendly and professional service from Justine.
Arranged my renewal for me, taking time to discuss what I actually needed, rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive package. Happy to be continuing our network connection with Gigaclear.
Better service than previous suppliers which didnt seem interested in loyalty of customers.

We had a great call with Sam Barwani from the customer technical support team this morning. He was so knowledgable, friendly and patient, and helped us to resolve the technical issues we were encountering. He has really good knowledge of the difficulties Rural customers have with trying to speak to him with little or no mobile signal, he really got it! He took us from frustrated to delighted. Thank you!

Absolutely rubbish Internet, can only use mobile phone on mobile data as they simply will not work on the broadband, I have tried a reboot as I was advised by the so called technical dept on gigaclear,I simply want to be able to use the service that's meant to be provided by the company that's taking my hard earned money and not have to do service work so that I can use it,gigaclear definitely slows down the speeds when they can I would not recommend this provider to anyone they are not all that they say they are,even on live chat I was cut of by the live chat person because I was taking to long typing my reply, this just shows that all they want is your money my advice is to look for a more established company I've only got until September then I can find a better company to get my broadband from

Absolutely first class service customer agent was soo helpful rectifying my issue so quickly less than 10 minutes. New contract +price sorted won’t be changing provider anytime soon

As I am out of contract I called the loyalty team, Baily was super helpful and managed to beat the best price for a similar contract I could find online. Very happy with the service and I will be staying with Gigaclear.

A very pleasant lady (Justine) spoke to me today and was not pushy and explained why the prices were going up but applied discount (worth asking) and that brought the projected costs down by 50% !

I have been using Gigaclear for 3 - 4 years now. Superfast (400mb/sec) reliable fibre to the home. We use it for TV as well as the usual Internet stuff. Hardly ever get buffering (with Ethernet connections to the TVs). We don't bother with a home phone as we use our mobiles with WiFi calling, but it's available if needed.
Customer service is excellent- no long waits on the phone and you get an intelligent human who gives good advice. Dylan helped me recently to resolve an issue quickly and in a friendly manner. 5 stars.

I reported a couple of issues to Gigaclear, there support staff have been patient, knowledge and extremely helpful. Both the helpdesk and site engineers were excellent.

Thomas called me and talked me through our options for renewal of our contract at the end of my introductory discount. Thomas was very polite, took time to talk about my usage and future requirements and agreed to a new price that was comfortable with.
