I contacted Gigaclear today as my contract was about to expire and I wished to explore my options for the future. My call was answered in less than 2 minutes and I was put through to Liam. He was friendly, courteous and professional, listening to my questions and responding with clarity. I was offered a discount, which I accepted. Details were emailed whilst I was still on the 'phone and everyting equated to what I had been told. I have been a customer for a number of years and have been very satisfied with the service and the attitude of the team when I have contacted the company with the occasional query. Thus far the service has operated efficiently without any technical problems. In conclusion, I remain a very satisfied customer.

Contract renewal
I received a call from Gigaclear (Lucy) to remind me of my contract which was coming to an end. It was a very professional conversation and she listened to my concerns about pricing and got me a fair deal. I had made up my mind to go to another provider purely based on prices but her customer service changed that for me.

Kaitlyn from Gigaclear has been beyond helpful from the start to the finish of this awkward transfer due to me not having sufficient support on my end she has been polite professional and very easy to speak to and deal with through this whole process which she made what was very difficult for me to manage on my ownShe made it extremely easy and gave me an amazing offer. I can’t thank her enough and with the service she gave and how patient and understanding she was with people like myself with disabilities don’t get often enough, she’s scores an eleven out of 10 from me, thank you so much kaitlyn, and also Gigaclear in general for being there for their customers when you really need them. they even went the extra mile to take into consideration that due to bereavement I had not given information at the correct time but with compassion they allowed me to still have the opportunity I was presented with in the first place. Gigaclear really are better than anyone else out there.

The Gigaclear Customer Loyalty Team member was helpful and courteous and I was offered the discount to renew very early in the call, which I appreciated. I would have haggled if necessary, but I was pleased to be treated like a grown up who understood that Gigaclear wants to hang on to existing customers and would discount the "standard" price. Overall, an efficient process conducted in a friendly and civil manner - for which I'm grateful.

My contract was coming to an end and price hike was too much.
I spoke with Shoaib who helped me with some discounting and I ended up with a better product at the original price.
Shoaib was very helpful, polite and not pushy which made the whole process a pleasant one

I made a previous call am 16April, with no resolve to the questions given. In which case I was intending to leave, however when I called again, Kush was able to offer me a new contract. This was a courteous and efficient contact, so I applaud his work.

I really hate having to call every time i renew to get a decent price. Call me old but i really do like to be treated with respect and having to spend my time negotiating is not what i want to be doing , Why can’t you just do it in the first place. Kush at loyalty team however was excelled and did a good job for me. And i actually ended up paying less for better so a good result

Excellent customer service from Thomas who talked me through our contract renewal today, informative, polite and made the conversation very easy. We have been very happy with the service Gigaclear have provided and especially pleased we were able to renew our contract at a comfortable price.

After my first contract was coming to an end, I called to change my deal going forward as I couldn't afford the £40 plus for what I was on in the new contract term. Finally agreed with the person on the phone to £28 a month for their slowest speed (a neighbour and friend is paying basically the same for double the speed! By the way) i agreed as it was close enough to the £25 I had been paying. 2 weeks later I get an email informing me the price is going up £3!!??. Get my second bill of the new contract £33.50. I can't afford this and its nowhere near what I agreed to. Feels like a scam once you pass the first contract term. And will be looking at options to get out of this.

While I don’t like my introductory reduced payment coming to an end it was a delight to have a human on the end of the phone who had the time, knowledge and capability to come to a mutually agreeable new contract. She has a sense of humour too and clearly wasn’t working from a script. Made the whole negotiation process a pleasure.
