Engineer Visit
The engineer arrived on time. He was professional and very friendly. He repaired the problem with my boiler and I’ve had hot water ever since.

Positive experience particularly the engineer who did the job👌🏻…
I’ve given a 5* because ultimately I was v pleased but would have given 4.5 if I could . This only because when I rang the service centre the initial call handler was v negative and not easy to deal with. However, I rang back and from there on the service was superb. The 2nd caller handler was helpful, positive and made immediate arrangements for a call out ( the boiler is my 87 yr old fathers) and the engineer who did the job was brilliant. Thorough , chatty and explained the issue and fixed promptly and gave me advice on future potential problems . In fact if I could I’d give him 6* personally. So overall very good and I’d be happy to recommend them to family and friends

My Boilermate 2000 wasn't diverting hot…
My Boilermate 2000 wasn't diverting hot water to all of the household taps. I called Gledhill on Wednesday and they offered a one-off payment for a fix and an appointment for Friday. Rich from Rugby turned up 10 minutes early and got straight to work. He was very efficient and professional and a very likeable person. He found the problem in no time and was done and dusted in 30 minutes. I now have hot water again and glad to see the end of boiling a kettle for washing up etc. Thank you Rich you're a star and thank you Gledhill.

Hot water issues!
The Engineer Will, turned up earlier than the appointment time stated. He was efficient, friendly and polite and explained what the issues were with the Water Heating system. Would recommend this firm to family & Friends.

Based on my latest experience in February 2026. I booked an appointment over the phone and was given a date 24th Feb (pm) for the service to be undertaken. I was told the engineer would confirm the appointment the day before and on the day of the service confirm time of arrival. All this happened. Engineer was very respectful of my property, and tidied up after the service.

Boiler Health Check
I contacted the office by phone. Made an appointment for a Health Check on my boiler. When I moved into my property 18 months ago I had never had full instructions on does and donts.
A knowledgeable Engineer came. He explained everything to me and I feel assured the boiler is in full working order.

Superstar Aaron!
Aaron was an absolute star from start to finish! Our cylinder had been out of action for about five weeks (which felt like forever!), and he came to the rescue. From the moment he arrived, he was diligent, thorough, and clearly knew his stuff.
He kept us updated every step of the way, explaining what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, and his communication was spot on throughout. Not only was he incredibly efficient, but he also made the whole experience stress-free with his warm and friendly manner.
It’s such a relief to have everything working perfectly again, and we’re so grateful for his hard work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aaron to anyone, truly 5-star service!

I am very happy with Gledhill insurance since I have been here they replaced taps in bathroom and kitchen also drained my boiler to find out why my hot water and radiators were not working and found the fault was with my smart meter not connecting .
