Ordered the star bookcase . Unfortunately the first one came damaged which wasn’t the fault of GLTC the box was damaged during delivery.

Contacted GLTC the same day of delivery and Sally (customer care manager) couldn’t have helped enough. I requested the bookcase to be delivered by a certain day and it was delivered on time .

Sally kept me up to date with everything and she was amazing.

The new one arrived all good and it looks great in my little girls bedroom!

Order placed 24th June for a large furniture order - spent over £1000 to be left with a 4 year old with a new bed without a mattress!

The courier (XDP) is horrendous, still awaiting delivery of remaining items and mattress with zero update from GLTC or XDP on when my items will arrive. I get a 'pre-delivery' alert, to then receive another email a few hours later stating that they are unable to deliver today! GLTC can't even tell me when the items will be delivered either!

AVOID this company - after spending so much money, the service received is unacceptable and has left us out of pocket with items still missing and a half built bed!!

Would have been nice if the order was delivered. Placed the order on 26th June. Chased customer service as not seeing order being dispatched on 1st July. Finally got notified order is dispatched but they use XDP - a company I have never heard of before and if you look it up, there are a lot of horror stories around this 'worst courier in the country'. Today is 4th July - still no updates since XDP claimed 'they've got it' on the delivery status update on 2nd July. I now have a very disappointed soon-to-be 3 year old who won't get her teepee set up for her birthday. Really wish I'd shopped elsewhere for the teepee as I bought a Plan B present off a retailer website on 2nd July and that toy is currently sitting next to me on 3rd July.

Second update:
Delighted to say GLTA reached out and apologised for the delay in responding and are sending me a replacement farm.
So pleased to have faith in this company restored as I love their products.

Update on The farm: Tworoof pieces for the farm started coming apart and a part of the handle broke off after 2 weeks, so it’s not safe for grandbabe to play with it.
I emailed customer services and haven’t received any response in a week.
This is very disappointing.

I purchased some furniture for my sons bedroom and required assistance from the customer service team. They were extremely helpful, replied super quick and resolved my query instantly and efficiently.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GLTC to anyone looking to purchase beautiful furniture ****** 5+ stars!!

Ease of making the order, with excellent customer care. Plus, willing to go that extra mile in order to make sure you are happy and content. Discounts promised are honoured, which is very rare these days... From order to delivery - received in good secure condition. I can't wait to purchase with them again.

The product was delivered on time and the quality is good. The book case however is too deep for most of my toddler’s books, so that they disappear and it’s impossible for him to find and pull them out. The ‘shelves’ need to be shallower unless you have only very big books.

We have recently bought a storage shelf unit and we’re so happy with it! Initially when it was delivered, there was some damage to one of the panels, however after emailing them they sent a new one out quickly and it’s perfect. The customer service from Danielle was superb and she was so helpful! The quality of the item is great and it looks exactly as expected from the images on the website! Would highly recommend this company and I’m sure I’ll be using them again in the future!

Really nice product that fitted what we were looking for, ordering and delivery very smooth and a reasonable price. Only slight gripe is that having to perfectly line up and drill 4 screws into the wall to hold up a book case is quite tricky for an DIYer, so perhaps hooks with wider holes for the screws or something like that would allow for such amateurish mistakes!

I am still waiting on delivery after spending£30 on postage on the 2nd of June on a £140 purchase🤔

The Any Which Way Shelf arrived on time, packaged well. It came with screws (no raw plugs) and instructions on how to assemble. It is a lovely shelf and well worth the reduced price I paid. The colour is slightly grey when compared to brilliant white. I am very pleased with my purchase.

My home is full of GLTC items and they are all very long lasting and stylish , most items are going to grow well with my children.
The services is always amazing and items come quickly with no fuss.

Bought a wooden pull along cat cart for my great niece. Absolutely thrilled with it! It arrived very well packaged and looks fantastic. She's going to love it. Nice option to personalise it too.
It did take about a week to be posted but I was provided with plenty of updates during this time. If I had one gripe, it would be that the postage label was stuck right over the illustration on the box showing what's inside. This is was a present so I needed to remove the postage label, but this took the illustration with it! I needed to print a picture off from the website so it was clear to her parents what was inside.
