GO Outdoors - Exeter Opiniones

Very helpfull staff, good quality products at great prices. Sofiia in the Exeter store was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable

Larry was absolutely brilliant! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service! Helped over the phone when the tent I wanted was out of stock. Advised on a different one and put it aside for me.
Sort out my order super fast in store as I was in a rush for an appt! THANK YOU :)

Lewis was really helpful and must have got about 1 million boxes from the back for me - sorry! Found the perfect ones thanks to him!

I received excellent helpful advice & service on a busy Saturday from Lewis in the footwear department. I had to try several different makes to achieve a suitable fit. He was patient and genuinely keen to help. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of socks. This is the second time in 3 weeks I have shopped here - that was also a very positive experience. In total I spent around £350. Keep up the good work!

Sofia was excellent at helping us to buy walking boots for our daughter today. Friendly, patient and offering good advice. Thank you Sofia. Would recommend 😀

Always a great service and excellent selection of products across the ranges

I was helped in store by a lovely lady called Sofiia. Nothing was too much trouble - her guidance was great concerning my son and obtaining the right size wetsuit.
He listened and was guided by her when trying multiple sizes and we found the correct one with no meltdowns!!

Harry and Cody were really helpful. Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable!

We were served on Sunday 19th July by Sam T. He was very helpful and even offered to carry our heavy tent to the car .

We popped in for a T-shirt and left with three. There was a good stock of gear in my husband’s size and we were served by Summer who was friendly and very helpful. She opened up a fitting room so he could try things on and served us at the till when we had made our choice.
Summer was great! We both very much enjoyed our shopping experience and will definitely be back soon.

Larry was really helpful and patient. He made sure I bought the correct product for me, and I was completely clueless so he was super helpfuland knowledgeable. 10/10.

We had difficulty in finding the camping fridge we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately the one we wanted wasn't in stock. We spoke to a member of staff, Harry, he helped us to find something similar . He was very helpful abd kind.

We had a customer, we had a service person called Lewis, who helped us with finding my daughter some walking routes. He went up and beyond the requirement needed by staying with US for an hour and getting as lots of different shoes and sizes. It was polite and helpful and very, very courteous.

Harry really helped us, going out of his way to sort out an issue with returning an item and then helping us find the other things we needed to buy in store. Thank you!

Customer service provided by Lewis was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the right walking shoes and showed incredible lived experience which was very reassuring, thankyou Lewis!

Igor at the Exeter Go Outdoors was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped to point me in the right direction with fishing and answered all of my questions.

This was my first visit to Go Outdoors Exeter, to buy my first pair of walking boots. I was served by Alfred who was approachable, friendly and very helpful. He gave me advice and knew his stuff. I felt as if I was in good hands and was very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to the amazing way Alfred took care of me today, I'm now going to become a member and shop here again.

Great service from Sam T at Exeter
