I've had to contact the Gourmet Society on two occasions. Both times I have spoken to Sarah and she has dealt with the issues quickly and efficiently. Exactly what Customer Services should be.

Membership for another year
I had difficulty renewing my membership but was given clear instructions on how to achieve this..I now have membership for another year and can benefit from the savings and am very pleased with the outcome.
