It is a very good place and very frendly staff and the staff is very mindfull of the people when they but the ashes in the ground and at the frunels and it brillant there.

I’m a celebrant who has conducted funerals there. The setting is tranquil, reflective and calm. The facilities and staff are wonderful.
As a place to mourn, reflect and celebrate lives, it’s beautiful.

Blessed to have this wonderful resting place
This was the second service/burial I'd arranged at Heatherley Park. A guest said it was the best funeral they'd ever been to, and although I put a lot of effort into the service, I feel the beautiful surroundings and service room played a part in making that happen. The staff are always amazingly supportive and have made several of my visits happy with their kindness and compassion. I've met some of the other bereaved families, and it feels like a lovely community there. I visit alone but never feel alone. We're so blessed to have this beautiful and special resting place on our doorstep - a place I've found to help immensely with the sadness of losing the most dearest family members ever. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful place to visit for not the bestest of times, but visiting my dad💙 here at rainford park makes it a whole lot easier as it's such a lovely place to visit all year round, so bright & beautiful in summertime & also lovely & well kept throughout autumn & winter. It's a happy place at all times not like any other place for buriels or intermittent of ashes everyone at this park is so pleasant the visitors & the workers here. Glad I chose here.💐💙💐XxxX

Recently had my fathers Turkish funeral at Greenacres on sidcup bypass . It was an emotional service in stunningly, beautiful surroundings. The staff here could not be more respectful and understanding and worked very closely with the UK Islamic Turkish funeral undertakers . Thank you so much for making this sad occasion effortless.

I attended the Norfolk Sands Lights of Love hosted at GreenAcres Colney. What a lovely setting and staff were helpful and kind at what was a very sensitive service. I hope I can attend further events there in the future.

Green Acres so amazing
Green Acres have been absolutely amazing in the way you have supported my daughters and myself, particularly on the day of my Wife’s funeral.
The team are helpful, friendly and very professional. Nothing is too much trouble.
Finally the burial area is so beautiful and peaceful. It is everything you could possibly want for your loved one.

A natural setting to accept the end of a life
The setting is so peaceful and serene.
The chapel is designed so that you feel the service is in a beautiful woodland .A very different experience than being in a busy crematorium.

I couldn't speak more highly of GreenAcres Rainford Park. The setting is perfect and the staff very helpful and accommodating. I even made a mistake with the music that they were able to troubleshoot at the last minute. Highly recommend.

Amazing Service
Having worked within the funeral industry for over a decade as funeral director, I often visit the park on a weekly basis. The employees within the park grounds are absolutely exceptional and nothing is to much trouble.
All employees are polite, friendly and cannot do enough for you. However, a special mention must go to Emma Jacobs (service team) who has done nothing but support me in the industry as well as, going above and beyond her role.
The grounds within the park are truly remarkable, well kept and the chapel is accessible for all faiths and abilities.
I would recommend this venue to all my friends and family.

I had my husbands service at greenacres epping park,and from the moment the service was booked the staff couldn't have been more helpful,caring and understanding whilst also displaying the upmost professionalism,the venue itself is breathtaking even in the winter months,so peaceful and beautiful.Everyone commented on the day what a beautiful service it was and that they hadn't been to one like it before,it truly was a celebration of his life in a gorgeous setting,I couldn't have asked more even for such a sad occasion,everyone felt uplifted by the environment and it's beauty

Memorial Garden Internment
I recently contacted Kemnal Park to enquire about the memorial options available for my late father’s ashes. I had intended to look at the Columbarium option as my preferred choice, but after Donna had showed me around all the different memorial options I had found that I was particularly drawn to the peaceful acer gardens and after taking some time to decide, I picked a living memorial tree in this area. Having been fortunate to not have been in this situation before, I had many questions about the options, process and what would happen on the day we interred Dad’s ashes. Donna and the team could not have been more kind and helpful in answering any questions I had and fully explaining how things would run on the day. We held the ashes internment on a Saturday morning, and my family and Dad’s friends that attended all spoke to me to say what a lovely place Kemnal was and how lovely a resting place the acer garden was.
I am truly grateful to everyone at Kemnal for making what could have been a difficult day seem to pass so peacefully and joyfully with everyone there to support us and be part of the short service and share precious memories - thank you for everything it really does mean a lot
