I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jenni and the whole team at Heatherley Park Grayshott.

From our initial enquiry throughout the whole process they could not have been more helpful.

We recently held my dad’s “Celebration of Life” service and wake at Heatherley Park.

The building is lovely and is surrounded by beautiful grounds.

We decided to have the service on a weekend ( Sunday ) so the children could go and no one missed work or School!

We were the only service on the day and received so many positive comments about the service and location.

It made such a refreshing change from the usual one in/out at traditional cremation services.

It was a fitting send off for my dad and one he would have been proud of.

We held my father's service here, on Wednesday 30th Oct. We had never been here but people had commented about how beautiful it was. It was a fitting venue for dad as he loved the outdoors and the building and grounds were beautiful and well maintained .
The service was very respectful and everyone commented about the excellent quality of support we were given.
I would have no hesitation to recommend.

Ness and the team at Heatherley Park made my mothers cremation to be an incredibly memorable experience. The tone of the day, the gentle support, comfort and incredible grounds made for a fitting send off. Thank you

The experience was amazing in that it was the perfect setting for the deceased. He adored the environment and nature. The setting was calm and serene and encouraged us all to reflect on his life not his death also on the legacy of his beliefs. The staff were professional with empathetic understanding, it made the event very special for all of us.

Greenacres is a lovely final resting place for your loved ones.
But what makes it special, is the people that work there and how they treat you.
Leigh and Amanda were wonderful from start to finish, answering all my questions, giving great advice.

I would not hesitate to recommend GreenAcres Heatherley Park natural burial ground. We chose it over several others for its tranquil setting, beautiful and varied landscape and impressive service hall - all glass and oak beams. We were also struck by the relaxed environment and the very personal approach that Jeni and her team provide; they patiently and professionally guided us through the process of planning my mother’s funeral with great attention to detail.

The result was the most beautiful funeral that surpassed our expectations. We booked the hall for the entire afternoon in order to ensure we had the proper time to share memories and celebrate Mum’s very rich life. Her six grandchildren carried her incredibly beautiful wicker casket, festooned with flowers, from the hall to the grave for the committal; it was the most wonderfully poignant moment. The hall then provided the perfect venue for the reception, where those gathered connected and reconnected and shared their love and memories of my mother.

It was an emotional and yet joyous occasion that was made all the more special by the beautiful setting, relaxed environment and abundance of time. I had attended a funeral of a friend the day before at Guildford Crematorium, a man who had led an immensely full and interesting life. It was a moving service but one restricted to half an hour, conducted entirely by a Celebrant who clearly had never met him, and as we filed out the next funeral was lined up ready to file in. The experience has made me think very differently about my own suitable exit!

I was the Celebrant on 23rd October 2024 for Ms. Foon Man via Drew Rush at Levertons & Sons. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff for being so friendly, helpful & welcoming & for making me a coffee AND an apple pie (!) when I arrived. Special thanks to Leigh for running the Obitus so smoothly & being so supportive. What a wonderful atmosphere that my clients & I truly appreciated. Thank you all so much.

My father-in-law’s ashes was laid to rest at Kemnal Park around 5 months ago. The family paid for internment Rose Memorial Park and a plaque at a cost of around £3000.

One would expect that the rose tree provided would survive longer than just a few weeks. Sadly, the rose died.

It is disgraceful that despite taking all that money, and numerous requests from the family since July 2024 when it was discovered that the rose tree had died, Kemal Park management have seemed incapable, or just unable to replace the dead rose tree.

So, you may wish to consider this families experience of lack of support from Kemnal Park / Greenacres management to replace a dead rose tree they provided at significant cost.

What Kemnal Park management are good at, is taking no action and making computer notes of your repeated complaints.

We held the hospital memorial service at Greenacres on 13/10/24 which we do every year. Tracey and her team are amazing, very supportive before, during and after the event. Nothing is ever too much trouble and provide a personal touch which the grieving families acknowledge.

Staff were helpful and considerate and the Epping venue was significantly better than the other crematoriums we'd considered.

Greenacres Epping, … thank you for such a professional and personal experience, full of kindness and respect, following the very sad loss of my wonderful Mum in July.

Our contact, Leigh, went above and beyond, always making herself available and guiding us each step of the way. Quite honestly, the whole team surpassed themselves, including the ladies working alongside Leigh and the groundsman, so thank you all so much.

Greenacres Epping is a spectacular location. On the afternoon of my Mum’s Celebration of Life, a handful of peahens passed by the glass backdrop overlooking the stunning woodland behind the Service Hall just before the service began. On the day of my Mum’s inter of ashes, deer roamed the meadow behind my Mum’s plot. Absolutely enchanting.

Thank you so so much to the Greenacres Epping team for helping us to create such a beautiful, unique and special send off for my Mum. It was the perfect “until we see you again” for my amazing Mum xxx

I recently had a memorial bench placed at GreenAcres, Heatherley Woods in Grayshott for my mother, who passed away in 2004. The setting is incredibly peaceful, and the bench, situated next to a beautiful pond, feels like the perfect place to remember her.

Jenny, who organised the process, did an amazing job ensuring that the bench was beautifully carved. The attention to detail is stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The site itself is wonderfully maintained, offering a serene and natural environment that brings comfort and peace. I highly recommend GreenAcres to anyone looking for a special and tranquil way to honour their loved ones.

If I could leave a 'no star' review I would. 9 years ago we held a service for my mother at Green Acres, Epping. The service was double booked and when we eventually had the service they started it while I was helping my Aunt to the service building! Yearly, my brother and I visit the Book of Remembrance only to find the room has not been unlocked and you have to hunt down a member of staff to open it. This year was the 10th anniversary of my Mother's death, a meaningful time. We arrived and the gates were open but the room was locked and the admin block was locked too. There were no staff members present and believe me we looked for them. This was at 10.30 when the site was 'opened' at 9. Do not patronise this place, it is very badly run.

We recently laid my father to rest at Kemnal Park. Such a beautiful setting, extremely well maintained and they really do cater for the living. When we first visited, the lovely Emma Jacobs was there to help and support us, and has been ever since. Emma was there at Dad’s burial with a basket of rose petals and to support the family. We find it such a huge comfort when we go to pay dad a visit as it feels so welcoming at all times. I know Dad would be happy to know he is in such a lovely setting being well cared for and tended to by people that genuinely care for those who have passed as well as those that go to visit. During such a very difficult time, the staff and surroundings of Kemnal have made the whole process a lot easier to deal with. Eternal thanks to you all.

The location and peacefulness of the site. There was no rush, no waiting for the previous ceremony to end and no rush to leave to make way for the next on.

We had our darling brother's send off at Heatherley Park, Grayshott, on Friday, 6th September 2024 followed by the wake there. The location is wonderful, the staff could not be more helpful. We had a non-denominational service with loads of music specially selected to suit him and his tastes (he was a very talented guitarist), along with a visual tribute and photo boards reflecting his life. Plenty of time for the service and after, family & friends all very pleased at such a sad time. Highly recommend.

GreenAcres is set in beautiful woodland and was the perfect setting for my dad’s funeral. The staff are amazing and we could not have wished for a more perfect place to celebrate my dad’s life. We will be scattering his ashes here as we know he will be happy here, the wildlife and beautiful nature would be where he is most at home. Thank you GreenAcres.

The Woodland chapel / hall and grounds at GreenAcres Chilterns provide an incredibly beautiful and peaceful space for a funeral and burial. The staff are exceptionally helpful, generous and accommodating – I could not recommend their services at this site highly enough, and am especially grateful to Geraldine for her outstanding professionalism and sympathetic assistance. In my case, I only found out when choosing the actual grave site on the grounds that my husband had always wanted to be buried here. I believe the service we held for him enabled me to truly honour his life and burial wishes. Considering the service we held was unique – it was part traditional/non-traditional Jewish (Hebrew) and part contemporary Christian (English), in keeping with my husband's former life in Israel and his late-stage conversion – many attending commented that it was the most beautiful and deeply moving service they had ever attended. I will be forever grateful to GreenAcres Chilterns for facilitating such a beautiful and wonderfully spiritual ceremony.

I chose a living memorial tree at the Epping Forest Burial Park to inter the ashes of my late husband Paul. All of the staff were kind and helpful throughout the whole process from booking and through to the day of the tree planting. Everything was done with the greatest of respect and professionalism and I am very grateful.

One of the toughest times of life when the family has lost a much loved member, in this case my lovely mum, Shirley. The Greenacres Chiltern staff, both office and grounds have shown nothing but the highest levels of care and empathy. I chose to have a living memorial tree and to have mum's full ashes buried with the planting of the tree. Geraldine was my main point of contact throughout, She is a wonderful representative for Greenacres. Other members of staff, I've met and talked with on the phone, have also been great. I have to say financially this was not cheap. I was able to provide this memorial for Shirley. I know that the family all agree that it is perfect, exactly what she would have wanted. It is a lovely place for our family to come, pay their respects and experience the tranquility of natural surroundings.
