Grizz 

As a content creator I am used to ordering clothes to wear on my videos. What got me was the gaming related clothes and jacket which I never received. They sent a pdf file as proof that it was delivered at that is that. I lost $70. Stay away from this company. This is a SCAM. These other reviews are probably from them or employees. I repeat, do not fall for this or order anything from their apparent online store. This is a scam and I am looking into reporting it to get this shut down so no one else falls for it.

Very odd sizing on the leggings, men's size Large fit very loose and baggy, basically sweatpants instead of leggings. (I'm 6'2"/180lbs and wear L bottoms from any other brand.)

Unfortunately didn't check their return policy before ordering two pairs. No returns allowed = won't shop here again.

The custom fit Bronco covers don’t fit 2023 Bronco as advertised and it’s a whipping to try to return. Company said doesn’t do returns bc custom made, but the seat cover doesn’t stay secure or fasten they way Grizz describes so it clearly isn’t a custom product.

I ordered some sneakers for an upcoming event. Was concerned about getting them for my event. They arrived in time for my event and I am so pleased and impressed. GREAT workmanship and quality.

I ordered an Umbrella I have yet received confirmation that the Umbrella has shipped. I got charged my credit card not only for the Umbrella but soon after a suspicions withdraw for the same amount in cash, I had to cancel my credit card and request a new one. I have yet to receive the Umbrella after several weeks

I love this company! I ordered 3 pairs of Muay Thai shorts back in December of 2023. I was a bit nervous, but when they arrived, I was blown away by the quality of the materials and the design details. I already made up in my mind I would purchase from Grizz again, but when I had questions or simply needed help with my recent order, the Grizz Team were there to help with solutions! As long as they keep the products going then I will keep buying.

At first I was suspicious of this site. For whatever reason, their website would randomly be inaccessible and I wouldn't be able to see my order information. My order was also delayed by U.S. customs, due to no fault of Grizz Shopping. When I reached out for support, the Grizz team was quickly able to give me all the information they had and kept me up to date on it's status.

When my product finally arrived it was exactly what I was expecting. The shorts are great quality and fit well. Grizz has plenty of other fantastic designs so I'll be sure to order from them again!

Order some leggings, size was completely wrong.

Asked to get refunded, provided all the photos as proof. They kept me busy for two weeks asking for specific photos that I had already provided and said they needed to do an internal investigation.

I doubt they're going to refund my purchase, they don't provide good customer service and they don't care about you once they have your money.

ORDERED GLITTER BOXING SHORTS AND CAME WITH ZERO BLING OR GLITTER OR SEQUINS AND NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE SAME COLOR AS ORDERED. BUYER BEWARE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, AND MAKE U PAY SHIPPING TO SEND THEM BACK AFTER U ALREADY PAID FOR THE CORRECT PRODUCT

BOXING GLOVES ARE NOT 16OZ

I ordered an item and used their sizing chart to determine which size I should order. I am normally a 33, and their chart says an M is appropriate for my size. The item arrived in an acceptable time, but it was too large for me.

There is no chance to exchange or refund, as they say all of their items are customized for the client. Grizz offered to give me a 50% discount on the next purchase, but I won't consider it or any other of their items.

Purchase a M size thai short. They switched my purchase to a XS for kids.
I've reached out to them before they ship and no one gotten to me.
Horrible customer service response.
Will not be buying from them again.

They respond to me and was willing to fix my order if I pay an addition 50 dollar, what a scam to get more money from your customers. I decided to just pay the 50 dollar for the size M short. They told me that they hand knit all of these shorts, well when it arrived it's got price tag on them, didn't seem like it was specially hand knitted. The quality is not genuine as they just sew the word Muay Thai in Laotian on the short. I got a short from Singha and it's quality definitely is different. I will not be buying from Grizz again.

This is not a competitor trying to discredit your company, just man up and take responsibility and apologize to your customer and do better next time.
